I hopped of the bus and walked back to my house.
"HELLO FATHER!" I joked, always calling him that.
He works from 3:00am to 3:00pm. "Hello daughter!" He laughed walking around from the kitchen, "How are you?"
"I'm good, but school sucked." He laughed and hugged me. "I mean not specifically for me..it just sucks. Hey Calum invited me over today...can I go?"
"Sure sweetie. Be back around 10:00."
10:00 was the latest my curfew got for school nights, which is pretty lucky for me. I earned it myself. I went out a lot.
I went upstairs and threw my bag onto my white comforter on my bed.
I sat at my vanity and looked at myself, "Hey not too bad." I laughed at myself, which I do a lot, and went back downstairs.
"Bye dad! Love you so so much!"
"Bye Ari I love you way way more!" He shouted from the living room.
I smiled and walked out the door. Calum's house was a few blocks away so I walked.
"Knock Knock!" I said at Calum's front door not actually knocking.
"Ariana! I haven't seen you in a while." Calum's mom, Mrs. Hood, squealed hugging me.
She was like my second mom. No one can replace mine though.
Calum, who I assumed heard his mom, came running down the stairs and engulfed me in a hug. "Ari!"
We all laughed. His dad wasn't home yet, which I love him too.
His mom walked back to the kitchen. We heard her pondering what she was going to do for dinner.
"Let's go to my room..." he whispered as I followed him up the stairs.
His room has always been filled with soccer related things. I liked soccer, but not as much as him.
He sat in his bean bag while I jumped onto his bed.
"We should watch a movie..." he laughed. "Yes yes yes!!" I giggled.
He put in one of my favorite(American) movies called, The Hitch, starring Will Smith and Kevin James, two of my favorite actors.
He smiled at me and slid it in the DVD player.
He hopped on the bed next to me and took candy from under his bed and we ate it together. It was soon 6:00.
"Calum! Ari! Pizza's here!"
"Yes! She ordered pizza!" Calum said looking at me happy.
We hopped up and ran downstairs, snatching the box from the delivery man.
"They're best friends, since I can remember, they have always loved pizza. Sorry," I heard his mom said to the boy.
"It's fine. Thanks," he smiled taking the money and leaving.
Calum and I laughed and took the pizza and some paper plates up to his room.
I sat on his floor, "So, what should we do?" I said with a mouthful of pizza.
"I don't know..." He laughed.
"Well shoot." I laughed.
We had nothing to do, so we talked. "Calum..."
"Yeah?" He said playing Fifa 15.
"Why is Michael scared of you?"
"I wouldn't say scared. I think because of the-"
"Yea so he may think I'd kill him, knowing I'm your best friend, if he hung out but I don't mind."
I smiled, "Oh..okay thanks." I got up and grabbed my jacket, "It's nine thirty, I gotta be home at ten. Bye!"
I walked home. It's not to far. I walked up to my house. I remember when my mom painted the house sky blue.
That was fun. I smiled and went inside. My dad left a note that he went to work out.
I skipped up my stairs to my room and sat on my bed, pulling out my phone. I got on instagram.
A notification popped up
2 Friend Requests: Luke_is_a_penguin and Michaelcliffordofficial
I assumed that's Michael's last time. I smiled at both of the requests and accepted.
I miss them already and I don't know why.
I fell asleep with my phone in my hand, well, that's what my dad told me the next morning.
"Ha ha very funny..." I taunted him biting my toast really hard in his face.
"Get out goofball!"
"Crap I have school!'
"Shush!" I laughed grabbing my book bag and running outside to catch the bus just in time.
