After Ron and Harry stopped giving me death glares, I started to pay attention. And thank the gods that I did that or I probably would've been killed by Professor Snape- Hermione told me his name-, because he asks me, " Miss Paige, what are the proper ingredients in a polyjuice potion?"
I start to freak out until I see Draco mouthing to me the answer from behind Snape.
"Fluxweed... ummm, Knotgrass, uh, Lacewing Flies, A Horn Of Bicorn, errr Skin Of Boomslang, a Hair Of The Person you want to turn into." I say, my voice filled with doubt, because from what Ron, Hermione, Harry, and other Gryffindors, Draco Malfoy would do anything to make Gryffindor lose points.
Professor Snape looked surprised, "Correct, how did you know that? Is someone giving you the answers?" He asks in a very creepy voice.
I just put on a smile and said "Nope! I studied Hermione's Potion books before we came down into the dungeons so I could answer any questions!"
After he turns around I slump down in my chair and see Hermione give me a questioning look, she knows that I never even touched her Potions book. I respond whispering, "I will explain later." And she nods her head.
I don't think I have ever seen so many people running out of their classroom with fright the second Snape says the class is over. And I'm in class with Gryffindor- who are brave- and Slytherin - where Snape is head of house. Anyway while running out of the class room with Hermione, Harry, Jake, Bri, and Ron, I slow down by Draco and pass him a note that says "thanks :)" and put a smile on my face before catching up with my friends.
As soon as I leave the classroom Hermione asks anxiously "So, who helped you???"
"Ron and Harry already know, judging by the looks they are giving me right now." I respond and Harry and Ron stop giving me a death glare and blush.
"Wait, Draco told you!?!" Hermione practically screams.
"Yes, who else in Slytherin doesn't want me to die? Oh wait that's right, no one." I say coolly.
"Listen, I think that they can judge people at this school better than we can." Bri tries to reason.
"Fine," I unwillingly agree, "but if no one else asks me in a week to go to the ball with them, or if someone does and I don't want to go with them, I'm going with Draco."
"Guys as much as I would love to stay and chat about Maddi's love life, I have quidditch practice right now." Harry buts in.
"What's quidditch?" Brianna questions.
"Can we watch the practice?" I ask.
"Yeah, why not; Hermione can you explain to them how quidditch is played while you walk to the pitch?" Harry says, and then him and Ron run off toward Gryffindor tower.
