12. Now or Never

To Harry :*

Should I bring my dance clothes and shoes? xxxE

I text Harry after getting out of the shower.

From Harry :*

Yes, and wear those tight shorts too. (; xxxH

I just laughed at Harry's text and got dressed. I pulled on my nike pros, a sports bra, a muscle tank, and nike mid socks. After slipping on my shoes and grabbing my dance bag, I headed to dance.

After getting there, I met the guys, the other dancers, management, and the video directors in a conference room in the back of the studio.

"Hey babe." Harry greeted in a whisper not wanting anyone to hear. Management still hasn't found out about us. Which is fine with me, but eventually they'll know. I whispered hi back with a smile. I walked over to the other side where all the dancers were sitting. The meeting began soon after I sat down.

"So, after the lads chose you very talented young ladies. The video director, Ben Winston, talked it over with us and we've decided to go in a different direction." Management annouced.

"Yes, we've concluded that there will only be one dancer for the video. I think this will make the video have more flow within the transitions and all." Ben explained with more detail.

"And I'm going to pick the dancer." Simon Cowell says walking threw the door. My jaw dropped. This was going to be tough. I've seen him on the XFactor with singers. Just imagine that but with dancers.

'You'll be fine.' Harry mouthed to me. He obviously noticed my nervousness.

"Okay, you ladies can go warm up. We'll all be there in second." Simon stated politely in his posh accent. We all nodded and walked out of the room and into the studio. While we waited we stretched and warmed up. Within 5 minutes Simon, the guys, management, and Ben walked in.

"We were going to have Dani come in a teach you all a combination, but instead I want you ladies to perform your favorite solo you've done. You have 20 minutes to prepare. That includes hair, makeup, costume, and practice." Simon states.

Shit. What am I suppose to wear? I don't have any makeup!?

"Calm down Lizzy. You'll do great." The guys all comforted. I smiled softly. Then I remember about the dance shop in the studio. There's makeup, costumes and everything there!

"I gotta go!" I stated in a rush and hurried off to the shop.

After grabbing a costume, that I'd return later, I pick up and bought a red lip stick, since I already had other makeup on. I ran back to the studio sat down and started my hair.

I braided a fishtail braid about half way to the crown of my head then Pulled my hair into a sock bun. I applied red lipstick. I had 15 minutes left.

"You'll be great." Harry soothed.

"I don't know this is Simon, who's judging." I sighed

"He's not that bad. Trust me." He smiled softly. I nodded and bit my lip.

"Can you stand in front of me while I change? I just saw the entire Mini's team go into the bathroom." I asked.

"Anything for you." He smiled and I just chuckled. Harry stood in front of me facing the other direction while I changed. Once I was done changing, I tapped on Harry's shoulder making him turn around. I smiled up at him.

"Come with me while I go run through it?" I pleaded.

"I'd love too." He smiled. I grabbed my iphone that had my music on it, and rushed into the other roo that wasn't being used. I plugged in my music and got into position and waited for Harry to start it.

I hadn't done this dance in almost 2 years. Yeah, I know it's a risk. But everything fell into place and felt right.

Harry's jaw dropped as I finished.

"That was amazing! How come I've never seen that dance before?" he asked astonished.

"Well, for one, I haven't done that dance for almost 2 years and two, you've only known me for a couple of months now." I chuckled. He nodded in realization before we were called into the other room.

It was now or never.
