11. Responding and Thought
Sage sat outside on the swing in her backyard, the same one Jenny and her would play on when they were little. She had to think about what she would write if it was coming from her sister's perspective. Niall was so good at writing down his thoughts and feelings into a letter, but Sage always had trouble when it came to writing what would be coming from Jenny. "He really does care about my sister." Sage said as she smiled at the thought of it.
She delicately dipped the pen into the ink and started writing on the piece of paper. Thought went into every response she gave. Sage wrote for a very long time in the summer afternoon. Time passed by as she wrote countless of letters, that never seemed to have the write words.
A girl will always have feelings, but she may or may not show it. When I was dating you, I didn't tell you my feelings very much. I'm sorry I never showed how much I loved you, I regret that now. And no, it does not sound stupid of you to say that your glad that I don't have a boyfriend. I had figured that I should have moved on, but every time a boy would come ask me on a date, I said no.
I said no because there was something in my heart that was trying to say something. I haven't found what is was for the past 4 years but now I realize. There was only room for one boy, a small boy from Ireland, his name is Niall Horan. Writing the letters hurt, but when you respond to me, weight is lifted off my shoulders.
After reading these letters that you send to me, I guess we can meet. Gosh Niall, now I see why you got millions of girls screaming every time they hear your name. Meet me at the café across from Mullingar park, its where I work at. I guess the date and time could be Saturday at 12:30pm. Does that work for you? I hope it does considering you have a busy schedule. I will be there.
P.S. Bring all of the letters that I have sent to you, its important.
