Sage walked to the mailbox the next morning and opened it to see a letter. "It must be from him!" She quietly said to herself. Jenny decided to spend the night at Rebecca's too, so that was a time save. Sage ran back inside of her house and plopped onto her bed. She carefully opened the letter and slid out the paper that had dried ink on it. She reread the letter about 2 times, once for reading and the second time to look at the questions.
Sage heard the front door of the house open, hearing Jenny's voice. "I'm home. Sage, are you here?" Jenny said. Sage grabbed the letter and ran to her room and hide it from her sister. "I am in my room!" She yelled as she hid the letter in her closet. Sage sat there, pretending to read a book. "What are you doing?" Jenny asked as she walked into Sage's room. "Reading. Hey, can I borrow a piece of paper and some ink?" Sage asked and her sister just stared at her. "Why do you need ink?" Jenny asked.
Sage has to make up a quick excuse before Jenny finds out that she has been writing letters to Niall. "I want to write to myself so I have something to look at for the future." Sage quickly said and Jenny was slowly buying the story. "Okay..? I don't know why you need ink but I will go get it." She said, heading out of the room. "And a piece of paper!" Sage said. "Okay." Jenny said back.
"Hey, before you start doing that little letter, come put this box of......stuff away." Jenny said as she settled the ink and paper on Sage's desk. "I'm coming." Sage said happily as she ran to Jenny's room. After she finished putting the "Niall and Jenny" box away, she ran back to her room and immediately started to write.
I am surprised that you wanted to reply back to me. Honestly, I think its easier to tell you how I feel on paper sometimes, you know? Well, my life. I am alright, Sage found the box of stuff, that's where I have kept everything that you have given to me. I even kept every letter that you would send to me. But I am okay, even though we had some good and bad memories together.
I just am about to graduate from college. I do work at a little Café not far from where I live, though. I still talk to our old buddies, just not as often as I should. I do have a little bit of a new life but at the same time I still have the old life too. So what's it like to perform in front of thousands of people almost every night? Is it crazy to travel across the world and everyone knows the words to every single song?
Sorry about all of my questions. I figured since I was answering yours, I thought you could answer mine. So I am on your thoughts? That's....so sweet, Niall. I think about you a whole lot too. Maybe we should see each other again sometime soon, just to hang out and catch up on things. Well, I hope I hear from you again, Niall.
