YEAR TWO- CHAPTER 12
It felt like September first was upon me before I could even bat an eyelid.
I quickly finished packing; I overslept again. I gave a quick hug an kiss to mum, and then me and Daddy were off.
"So," he said on our way to Platform Nine and Three Quarters. "How do you like Hogwarts?"
"Merlin's beard, Dad. I absolutely, positively love it!"
He chuckles. "Good. Anybody you- you know," he raises and lowers an eyebrow. "Like?"
"Dad!" I say playfully. In truth, I have feelings for Neville Longbottom, but it's not like I'm about to tell him that.
"Just checking," he grins.
I cough. "Mom doesn't look as bad as I thought."
Dad looks at me. "Arianna-"
I wasn't in the mood. "Look, there's King Cross station."
He stops the car, and I walk out. Popping open the trunk, I sigh. Mom won't be healthy much longer. Yes, I wasn't as close to her as I am Daddy, but I still love her!
"Dad?" I ask, snuggling against his chest.
"Mom is gonna be okay, r-right?" I sniffle.
"Yes. Now get on the train, and have fun at Hogwarts! Love you, Arianna." He kisses my forehead.
"Love you too."
I board the train and slide in next to Draco, Neville, Charli, Emilè, and Cedric. Soon, we were laughing and joking around.
This year was going to be great.
