The Big Book of Dragons

This is the Big Book of Dragons! The very book you need if you want to know all the dragons to know of!

Madouc and Secrets try to write about as many dragons as they possibly can, giving their names, their habits and behaviour, their environment; etcetera. All the dragons maybe from games, films, books or other forms of media, but these dragons certainly exist!

But perhaps if you have made and drawn your own dragon, then tell us about it and it shall become part of our guide!

3. 2 - The Kushala Daora

The Kushala Daora
Game: Monster Hunter Freedom Unite

The beast is about 9m long, but it has rather small legs only sitting about a meter and a half tall. Yet it's wingspan is twice as long as its body length, it needs very large wings to even fly.

This dragon is stupendously powerful.
When it has been sighted, an evacuation is called immediately of any near by towns or villages. The reason being is that it has the power to control the wind to its will. Its habitat is varied, which makes it even more deadly. If it was in a snowy area, it can cause humongous blizzards, the desert, outrageous sandstorms; it can even cause massive tsunamis with just the beat of its wings. And due its fowl temper, the Kushala Daora poses a devastating threat to civilisations.

The Kushala Daora's connection to the wind is solid, thanks to its horns on its head. With the beat of its wings, it can start a gale force wind, and it can even expel gusts of wind from its mouth, blowing away targets like leaves in the breeze. But no one dares to try and kill this creature, for its skin is pure steel. Steel. It is pretty much impenetrable to an ordinary blade, and makes fighting this monster hopeless. Although, there is one point when the dragon is vulnerable. After this creature's skin is rusted or its out grown it, it must shed and this leaves a door to when the Kushala Daora is weak, as its flesh is exposed. But this is rare. Very rare.

How to kill:
Advise is to not even try, for you will blown away, snapping your bones and squishing your organs as you land back down to earth. But if you really want to, the advise is to poison the beast, for it will not be able to command the wind when poisoned. Sounds easy? Try and get to it though. And when you do, try and get through its armour.

Good luck! You'll need as much as you can get!
