"We're not kidding." Luke says. I lick his hand and he removes it from my mouth. "Ew!" He wipes it off in my hair and I glare at him. He picks me up bridal style and kisses my cheek.
"Let go of me!" I screamed. I kicked and thrashed in his grip, but he wouldn't let go, he was too strong.
"Luke, River obviously wants to be put down. Do the lady a favour." Ashton said.
"Guys, Collie just texted me. She said she'd be here in a minute." Calum said.
"Who's she?" Della and I ask in unison.
"His girlfriend." Luke answered with jealousy.
"Why are you jealous Luke? I'm your girlfriend, aren't I?" I teased.
"Yes." He said.
"Jesus Christ, Luke! Just tell them that we are kidding!" I shouted.
"Thank god!" Ashton exclaimed. We all looked at Ashton questioningly.
"What's up your sleeve, Ash?" I questioned. I realised that I was still in Luke's hold and glared at him.
"Woah, dude. That was scary." Luke said. I gave a proud smile.
"Yeah." Calum agreed. "That was just, like, full on creepy. I literally almost pissed my pants." I glared at him.
"Dude! That's really scary!" Michael said, covering his eyes.
"Well, I did learn from the best." I said, glancing towards Della. Her face turned red as everyone's eyes shifted to her. She looked to the floor. Her arm was slung around Nick's shoulder and Nick had his arm around her waist.
Nick noticed us looking at them and he glanced down at Della. "Oh. Oh! What's going on?" Nick asked.
I laughed. "I glared at Luke and freaked the boys out. They said I have a scary glare. I said that I learned from the best and looked at Della. And she's blushing."
"Oh, yeah. Her glares are scary guys. They're scarier than Medusa and haunt you in your sleep." Nick said in a serious tone. All of the boys started laughing, but Della came over to me.
"Bae, Nick is being a douche and hurt my feelings." She whined.
"It's okay, boo. All men are douches." I said. Della wiped away a fake tear and I pulled her into a hug.
"Awkward Lebanese moment." Calum whispered. Della and I lifted our heads and stared at each other for a while, having a telepathic conversation.
We both suddenly turned and glared at Calum.
My glare was more like, 'bish wut?' but Della's was more, 'bish, say it again and you gonna lose some teeth.'
Michael had turned away, fearing our frightening glares. "Oh, my god. They're staring right through my soul." Calum said. He covered his face with his hands.
"Hey guys!" A girls voice said.
"Collie!" Calum screamed. We all turn and look. She was short, about 5'1 and has long brown hair that cascaded all the way down her back, green eyes-somewhat like Michael's-, and freckles on her nose.
"Hey babe!" Collie squealed, jumping up into Calum's arms and receiving a kiss.
"Dang. I really thought Calum was cute." I whispered. Luke and Ashton looked at me like I was stupid. "Sorry! Hey, y'all are cute, too!" I exclaimed.
Ashton blushed and looked at his feet. "Oh, thanks, Love!" Luke said. Suddenly I felt his lips on mine.
I jerked my head back. "Lucas!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. I slapped him in the face. "I don't even know you!" I slapped him in the arm. I flipped off Luke and walked over to Ashton, wiping away my fake tears.
"It's okay." Ashton said, pulling me into a hug. We tried not to giggle as I fake sobbed into his chest.
