3. Skin And Bones

Transparent veils covering scars,
Once again they just took things too far,

In her head she is screaming no,
But this monster will never let it show,

Day by day she gets paler,
She's obsessed with her own failure,

The mirror points out her flaw,
Its etched into her, red and raw,

Her smile is quivering,
In the sun she keeps on shivering,

No one thinks that this is bad,
They tell her she's getting too thin, it's sort of sad,

Their words never reach her ears,
It's only the demons voice she hears,

Her clothes are getting baggy,
Her caring mood keeps turning angry,

Now and then she skips her meals,
Just smiles and says how ill she feels,

In her eyes you can see the possession,
Her own secret is her new obsession,

Another day comes and she feels weak,
People call her a skinny freak,

Still she feels better because of those words,
Little did they know they made her worse,

Staring into the mirror when she is all alone,
All she sees is fat when really she is skin and bone.
