10. Escape

Tears falling like the rain,
Wearing a mask, she hides her pain,

No one there to catch her when she falls down,
So in silence she stole away a gun,

Light as feather, stiff as a board,
Her life was the only thing she could afford,

Out to the stars she begged for mercy,
Shouted out loud, will someone save me,

Been down that road, no where to go,
Things seems a little hard, life is going too slow,

She reaches out for the trigger,
The sudden itch that claims her finger,

Sirens blare a little too late,
Nows shes here, waiting at heavens gate.
