"Stand back," said Kirby. "I can hear something."
Monstrous bouncing sounds echoed throughout the icy chamber.
"W-who's t-th-that?" Waddle Dee stuttered.
"Calm yourself," said Kirby. "With this sword at my disposal, I know I can face whoever I need to face."
Suddenly, a fish-like monster burst out of the ground. "I am the Fatty Puffer," it said. "Forgive my asking, but do you really need two wings?"
"As a matter of fact we do," said Waddle Dee. He threw a spear at the monster. A series of sparks erupted from the Fatty Puffer, but no serious damage was yet implied. And thanks to Magolor, it was no surprise. Despite the Fatty Puffer's attacks, the team smashed and bashed at it until it stood upright and growled in pain.
The monster swelled until its height nearly reached the ceiling. It started rolling at Kirby, trying to flatten him...until it slammed into the wall and paused for air. Even then the quartet threw in some moves. With the last quarter of its life scale, it spat a storm of water and released a few villains.
The Fatty Puffer exploded, revealing the second wing!
"I can't wait to take this to Magolor!" said Kirby. "Achieved with a Copy Ability, big time."
"Welcome back, Kirby!" said Magolor. "I must say, you're here sooner than I expected. But now the left wing is back in place, and the wings are finally complete!"
"I survived because of your advice," said Kirby. "My sword ability has won us the day."
Magolor looked confused. "Didn't you use any other weapons?"
"Well, you should. Keep at it, Kirby. I believe in you!"
"And we've also got a few more Energy Spheres!" Kirby said proudly.
"Oh, joy! It's finally beginning to look like a real Starcutter! And remember, you can throw aside your Copy Ability just by wishing it."
