Getting Ready For A Date
I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled. I had never felt so beautiful in my entire life as I felt right now. I let out a sigh and turned to the door of the bathroom. My hair and makeup were done, now the only thing that I was missing was the dress.
I turned around and opened the door into my room. I walked over to the bed and there laid my black cocktail dress, the ankle shoes and all the jewels that I was going to be using. I was never the type to be using a dress, but I had to admit that this was one was gorgeous.
"You decent?" Zayn questioned as he opened the door to my room.
"One waits for an answer Javaad." I rolled my eyes. "Do you need anything?"
"Damn Reeve." Zayn smiled widely. "You look gorgeous." He added with a smirk. "Are you sure that you don't like Harry?"
I rolled my eyes and grabbed the dress. "I never said that I didn't like him." I stated. "I'm going out on a date with him so that I can learn how he treats a woman."
"Just be careful with paps okay?" Zayn said and I nodded. "He gets pretty pissed when they bother his date or the person he is with. Don't let him do anything stupid."
"Stay here." I replied. "I'm going to put on the dress and I need you to help me zip it up." Zayn nodded and sat on my bed with his phone in hand.
I put on the dress on the bathroom and came out so that Zayn could help me with the zipper. As I coughed to get his attention he dropped his phone on the floor and his mouth was opened. I raised an eyebrow confused but he shook his head and motioned me to turn around and I did.
"You look like a princess." He chuckled. "I can't believe that you are grown up and I am the one who's helping you with your dates."
"Yeah, well this isn't my first date." I rolled my eyes. "I've had others, though I never told mother."
"Why not?" Zayn questioned as I sat next to him on the bed.
"Do you have an idea on how annoying she would have been Javadd?" I laughed. "Mom is a mess when you mention the word date or boyfriend near her."
"Oh I know about that." Zayn laughed. "Do you remember when I told her that I was going to take Mary to the movies, the neighbour?" I started laughing and nodded. "You have no idea, she bought me some soup, a new cologne and new underwear. UNDERWEAR!"
We were both holding our stomachs in laughter, this was just as weird as you could imagine. I am being very serious with the thing about my mother. I could not bring a boy to the house because she would kill him if he didn't answer the questions she had, most of them were the interrogation a whack-nut head father would ask a boy when he wants to marry his daughter.
I stood up and shook my head at my brother before hugging him. I had missed spending random times with him and I could only hope that after this tour we could still have the amazing friendship we are starting.
"Sorry Javadd." I said as I stood up. "I have to finish getting ready if I want to be done by the time Harry comes for me."
"Sure Reeve." Zayn patted my back. "Have fun, be careful. I don't want to become an uncle so soon in this life."
"OH MY GOD JAVADD!" I shouted and pushed him out of my room.
I finished getting ready and sat on my bed trying to calm my nerves. For starters I didn't even know why I was nervous, I had already told Zayn, this wasn't my first, though it was my first date with someone who might become something more than just a friend.
I knew that I hadn't told Zayn or Harry about it, but after the shopping trip, I had come back to the room and stayed inside the rest of the night, claiming that I was tired from shopping, truth is that I stayed trying to sort out my feelings.
You would think that sorting your feelings out is simple and easy, but it is not, it is quite the opposite. I don't know why, but there is nothing easy when it comes to your brain and soul. You have to dig so deep to find out what you really want, and look at all the possibilities and anything that might happen or not. When you love someone you open up to him or her and you expect for him or her to do the same for you, but there is no law that says that no damage will be done. It's just like you give them the gun, it's pointing at you and you are wishing for them not to pull the trigger. Do you know how awful it is when someone breaks your trust?
That's the reason why I had to sort out my feelings; I don't want to be a broken mess again just because someone thought it was going to be awesome to play with my feelings. I know the image and reputation that Harry has gotten thanks to his acts and the media, but I know that as they can be true there is always a better reason behind, plus not everything is true.
I stood up from the bed and walked out of the room at the same time there was a knock on the door. Zayn nodded at me and I made my way towards the door. I opened it and Harry stood there in a suit with a white flower in hand. I smiled at his sight and bit my lip; he looked like a Greek god.
"You look breath taking Reeve." Harry whispered.
I blushed and smiled at him. "You don't look so bad yourself." I winked causing him to chuckle.
"I brought a flower for you." He extended his hand and I caught the flower. "White, pure as you."
I blushed more and tried to hide my face. "Thanks." I whispered.
"Shall we go love?" He questioned extending his arm so that I could grab it.
"Yes." I replied and linked my arm with his. "Where are we going?"
"It's a surprise love." Harry smirked. "And don't even think that something you do is going to make me reveal it."
"Aww come on Harry." I whined with a small giggle.
"No love." Harry smiled at me. "Surprise. I love to see your reactions."
