Stole My Heart

The pain I felt that day I ran away still pondered my mind. Did I make the right decision? Did I have to leave to make sure Niall was mine? He promised never to let her take him. So why didn't I believe him?
The pain I felt lying on the park bench. In the cold. Feeling unwanted, unloved and lonely. Why didn't I go home?
So many questions were needing to be answered, but I couldn't answer them. They were questions to stay unanswered. For I didn't have an answer. I was so confused of all the past events. Meeting Niall had led me to a life of pain and misery. And look where we are now. In a room full of pain and misery!

37. "I missed you so much"

"We'er here" I woke to Harry shaking me gently. My eyes were slowly filled with the pinky orange sun light. The sky was lit beautifully with it's multicoloured sunset dotted with white fluffy clouds. I stretched out my arms and gave a girly yawn. I blinked a few times trying to adjust to the light. I sat up straight and took note of my surroundings.

The white bricks piled into a cube shape and small windows decorated with pots of flowers hanging from the shiny white window frame. The pebbly pathway surrounded by flowers and shrubs of all kinds. The large welcoming doorway and the 'welcome' mat on the floor. All topped off with the pointed thatched roof on top.

"Why are we here?" I slumped back down in my seat so I couldn't see my home anymore. "Well, you need to see your family" Harry unbuckled my seatbelt "Come on Harriet" He pulled me up from the seat and I folded my arms lazily. "I'm not leaving this car" I protested not wanting to see the boy stealing jerk that is my sister. "Well I'll just have to get you out" He smirked and exited the car. He walked round to my side and opened up the door. He slid his muscular tanned arm around my waist and his other under my legs. He lifted me up bridal style and placed my feet gently on the pebble driveway. "Now will you go?" He asked and I just shook my head. He sighed a big sigh and shut the car door. He jogged down the driveway and knocked on the front door. I turned my head fast flicking my hair and ran back to the car. I heard Harrys foot steps scamper towards me and grab my wrists "Your not going anywhere" He laughed and I only sighed. He turned my body back in the direction of my front door. It opened slowly and in the doorway stood my mum. Her familiar ginger hair neatly brushed into a high pont tail. A great smile was placed on her face and the corners of her mouth turned upwards at my presence. "H-harriet?" She blinked making sure it was reality and I only laugh "Yes mum" Harry stepped back and nodded his head gesturing for me to go forwards. I ignored his gesture and instead raced forward. I jumped up the stone steps and grabbed her tight. My chin rested on her shoulder as a tear trickled down my cheek. "I missed you so much" I managed to get the words from out of my mouth. I sensed her smile grow as she pulled away from the hug. She wiped her hand under her eyes brushing away the tears. "You came back" She whispered another tear escaping her eye "Of corse I did" I smiled and pulled her into a tight hug again. "Who's at the door Stacey?" The kitchen door opened revealing a tall man. His hair short and brown with a plain polo and jeans on. "D-dad?"
