Lilli Skywalker - So I'm a Jedi...

Lilli Skywalker: Hannah WandArrow
Lilli Wilson never fit in on Earth. She has a terrible adoptive family, and no one seems to understand her. When a boy claiming to be her brother, Luke Skywalker, shows up, she takes the chance to train to be a Jedi.
Now Lilli Skywalker, she must help her siblings find the remaining Jedi and train them. Some including a sarcastic (yet extremely cute) outlaw, Leia herself, and Han's ex-girlfriend.

(In this Movella we made up some back-stories for the characters that aren't really canon)

6. Yeah, I'm from Earth

"This is Ryder." I introduced Ryder to Luke, Leia, Han, Chewy, threepio, and artoo. Han stared hard at Ryder, who averted his eyes from Han's direction. What's going on? "Welcome. I'll show you to your room." Leia led Ryder away, and the droids followed. Luke hurried off in a different direction, and Chewy left with bored growl. Han stood there with his arms crossed and eyebrows raised, "So, this Ryder guy..." "Shut up." I blushed and ran away, hearing Han's laughter. I ran all the way to the elevator, which opened and guess what? Ryder was standing there. "You're supposed to show me to the main training room for some athletic testing? Leah told me that Luke wants to do some light saber instruction with you." "Okay." I stepped inside and pressed the right floor button, and we slid upwards. "How are you a Jedi?" I asked him, breaking the silence. I was seriously wondering what family member of his passed down this "power" to him. "What?" "Who in your family was a Jedi." "Oh. I'm not sure. My dad was a smuggler, he died on a...mission of sorts. I guess...maybe my mom? I never met her, she got separated from my dad at one point, when I was five, leaving me with him. We heard later that she died. Never knew how, but we got a letter. My dad died when I was ten, and someone was supposed to look after me, but they didn't do very well." He stopped, and looked up from where his eyes had been focused on the ground, "God, you didn't need to know all that did you?" He asked. "No, but it's fine. We're the only two trainees so far, might as well get to know each other." "Sure. It's your turn." "What?" "Tell me your story. I shared mine, now it's your turn." "Most of this I just learned recently, but after my mom had Luke and Leah and sent them away, my father got angry and locked her up. When she had me, she sent me away as well, and then my dad got really angry and killed her. A few weeks ago, Luke came and got me. I was living with this terrible adoptive family, on a planet where I didn't belong. So now I'm here, and I hope to never go back. Regardless of how good the food was." The elevator opened and I led Ryder down the hall. "What planet?" He asked. "Earth." "Earth?!" He burst out laughing. "What?" "That planet is full of dimwits who think they know about the universe but know absolutely nothing!" He laughed some more. I just glared silently. "They can't fight, they have terrible weapons, and their political system is insane." As he said this, I grabbed one of his arms, swung it behind him so it touched his back, grabbed the other arm and shoved him up against the wall. My right knee pressed into his stomach and my left foot stepped on his. "I am nothing like Earth humans. I don't belong there, and don't you ever say that I am like them. Understand?" I snarled. "Sure, whatever." He rolled his eyes and pulled himself away from me. He grabbed my leg as he did this and yanked it from under me. I lost my balance and fell over. "Not so tough are ya now, Earth?" He smirked and I stood up, straightened my dress, and pushed open the doors to the main training room. Great, I have a nickname. "You go over there. I'm over there if you need me." I strode away towards the light saber training area. I pulled out my light saber, pressed the on button to the training machine, and turned on my light saber. I felt Luke and Ryder eyes on me as I watched the little robot fly into the air and start shooting at me. I easily blocked the first few fake laser bullets, but they started coming faster and I had to dodge a few. I got into a rythym; block, dodge, block, dodge, and on and on. Now they were coming even faster, and I had to dodge more than I blocked. A red light turned on on the robot signaling the training was almost over. I blocked one, not noticing another heading right for my chest. I jumped to the side, tucking my legs into a roll, and stood up quickly. The last five shot out, which I blocked and then it was over. This was only level 2, but I had done pretty well. "Nice job Lilli. Next time, try level 3. Right now though go practice your accuracy. Your speed is fine, so only two laps before you leave." Luke said from over where he was testing Ryder, who ignored my cocky smirk. "Ok." I nodded and turned the robot onto accuracy mode, where the laser bullets came slower and less frequently, so I wouldn't have to dodge any and would only block. After an hour or so I stopped practicing, got a drink of water, and did my two laps. Ryder followed me as I left, but I ignored him, walking to the elevator for dinner like he wasn't practically breathing down my neck. Eventually, I couldn't take it. "God Ryder! Ever heard of personal space?!" I swiveled around and shot him a death glare. "I make it a habit of mine to invade girl's personal space, but fine. That light saber work of yours, that was pretty impressive." "One, ew. And two, thanks." "Mind teaching me sometime?" He got closer once the elevator doors shut, and I looked away. His tone was smooth, almost seductive. "Um, I think that's Luke's job." I pressed the elevator button and inched away from him. "Aw, too bad." He shrugged. The elevator opened. "This is the cafeteria. Since not many people are here, you can sit at our table." We got our food and say down, making conversation with Luke, Han and Leia. "I need to go shower and stuff." I said standing up. "Wait, Lilli. I need you to go on another mission tomorrow. There's a girl, around ten years old, living on a planet near here. She's an orphan, lives with her aunt. I need you to get her, you'll leave at noon. Ryder should go with in case you have any trouble." Luke said, stopping me. "I don't need a bodyguard." I almost whined. I was slowing shifting into being this guy's little sister. "Last time, you nearly died. Who saved you again?" Ryder spoke up, smirking ONCE AGAIN. "If I hadn't intervened, those men would've shot you. You just stood there doing nothing until they knocked me out." I quipped back. "Wait, what?!" Leia's eyes widened. "Enough you two!" Luke yelled, "We can discuss this later. You two are going on this mission together, whether you like it or not. Good night." He stood up and left. "'Night." I left as well, hearing Ryder close behind. Wouldn't he leave me alone!?!? This whole ordeal isn't so much insane now, but the people are majorly annoying.
