Reality Hurts (Luke Hemmings)

This is a story from my wattpad account so im not stealing it from myself.

Kristina Morris's life is pretty simple and uninteresting. She is a senior in high school and hasn't left Iowa since she was a toddler. An oppurtunity arises to see her favorite band (5SOS) and she snatches it faster than Fat Amy going for a cheesecake.

This has Little Mix and One Direction as not famous but 5SOS is.

5. 5. No Cheese Please

"I don't even like cheesecake," Perrie huffed as she got into my '08 Honda Accord. I started it up and pulled out of her driveway.

"Then get something else because you're about to meet your freaking idols! At least pretend to be happy," Jade said as she pat Perrie's shoulder from the back. Jade was a mutual friend of Perrie and I plus I knew she loved 5SOS almost as much as I did.

"I don't want cheese. I want chicken... And some juice!" My half sister, Sophia, spoke quietly as she kicked the back of my seat. She just turned three and lived with her mom on the other side of town. I would pick her up any time I was free.

"I'm sure we could find something for you." I smiled at her through the rearview mirror. She resembled me in many ways: same hazel eyes, same long, brown hair, and same face shape. She had her mother's chin and nose otherwise she would literally be a mini me. People would actually give us nasty looks or tell me I have a beautiful daughter.

"Who are we going to meet again?" Sophia asked.

"My husbands," Perrie said as she pulled at the curled ends of her blond hair.

"What is their names?"

"Let's see... There's Michael, Luke, Calum, and Ashton."

"But I thought Sissy was married to Luke?" Sophia asked innocently.

"Indeed," I confirmed.

"We're here!" Perrie unbuckled her seat belt and jumped out of the car as I pulled into a spot. Jade followed suit after the vehicle had come to a stop. I turned the car off and stepped to the back doors to get Sophia.

I paused to look at my reflection in the car window. Long, straight, dark hair, favorite Rolling Stones graphic tee, red skinny jeans and black ankle boots. I looked bad-A with my darker red lipstick and eyeliner on my top lid. I actually felt kinda confident.

Knock, Knock.

I was brought back by Sophia's light raps from the inside of the car. I quickly pulled the door open and unbuckled her.

"Don't forget Boobear!" Sophia reached back as I placed her on my hip. I shook my head but leaned into the car to pick up her favorite stuffed bear.

"This thing is old and looks ridiculous. It's name is even ridiculous!" I teased while tickling her on the way to the door. She giggled and tried fighting me away. Jade was waiting for us at the door.

"I guess the guys aren't here yet. Perrie went to the table already." I nodded at Jade and followed her to the table. They put us in a more secluded part of the restaurant. It was in a set of tables sitting higher than the rest. No one was seated near us.

"What can I get you to drink? Do you need a booster?" An Irish, muscular boy asked. His eyes landed on mine and the simple words 'Pepsi, please,' wouldn't leave my mouth.

"Uh, okay. The mute over there will have a Pepsi, as will I. The munchkin in her arms requests apple juice of the finest brand. Jade?"

"Yeah... I'll have some water."

"Water for the lovely in blue. We would like a booster seat, gracias," Perrie sat down in a chair on the opposite side of the table, from where I was standing. The cute blond boy quickly scribbled on a small notepad and smiled as he gave us menus.

"De nada," he breathed as he stepped away. I let out the breath I hadn't none I'd been holding.

"Kristi, would you mind keeping the drool off the table, please?" Jade taunted. Her and Perrie began laughing as another worker brought us a seat for Sophia. The seat was put on a chair at the head of the table. I sat next to her, to the left. Jade sat a chair away from me; Perrie sat in the middle seat of the opposite side. That left a seat between Jade and I, one on the opposite end of the head of the table, and two on either side of Perrie.

"Alright, my name is Niall and I'll be your server tonight. Do you ladies want to start off with an appetizer?" The server, Niall, returned with our drinks.

"I think we'll wait for the rest of our party to get here, thank you," I spoke up. He turned to me and smirked with a nod.

As he turned to leave I heard him say: "She speaks."

"When will your husban be here?" Sophia asked, taking a sip from her kids cup.

"Umm..." I checked the time on my phone; it read 5:30. "They should be showing up real quick." As if on que, Perrie looks up at something behind me.

"Where are our drinks?" I hear Calum ask. I can almost hear the pouting his face must be making. I slowly turn and my hand flies to my mouth.

Five freaking Seconds of Summer a mere two feet away from me.

"Which one of you is Kristina? Is it you, love? Did you paint that wonderful picture?" Ashton knelt next to Sophia. She just giggled and hid behind her Boobear. Ashton smiled as she shook her head. "No? Then who is it?" Sophia's small, stubby finger pointed at me.

"That art was amazing!" Calum stepped forward. "Aww... Don't cry." Oh God... Why did I have to start crying. I promised myself I wouldn't do this. Calum took my hand from my face and pulled me up. His arms wrapped around my shoulders and he rested his head on mine momentarily. A musky cologne filled my nose as I clung to him.

I have never smelled a more beautiful thing.

"C'mon boys, this talented lady needs some cheering up!" Ashton said as he too wrapped his arms around me. I felt two more sets of arms curl around. Someone squeezed my shoulder in

"I'm fine guys, thank you. You can call me Kristina or Kristi." They all pulled away (sadly) and stood in a small 5SOS circle around me. "So... That's my little sister, Sophia." I motioned towards the toddler who was still beaming at Ashton. All eyes landed on her.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Ashton," he said. She just laughed and hid from him.

"Don't be rude, what do you say?" I frowned. She usually isn't this shy.

"Nice meetin' you."

"The pleasure's mine." Ashton smiled.

"This is Jade, my friend." The guys all hugged her as she told them how much she loved them. "And that's Perrie, my other friend." I looked at her, she was still sitting but was looking at the menu. She seemed completely uninterested at the biggest band in the world standing in front of her. "Perrie... Perrie Edwards!" I whispered to her. She finally looked up.

"Sup?" Her eyes went to each boy then back to the menu.

"Really? You've waited so long to meet them and all they get is a 'Sup'?" Jade asked as Luke moved to sit down between us. Calum took the seat on the end and Michael on the right of Perrie, Ashton on the left. I assumed so he could be closer to Sophia.

"Well, you see Jade, this is my plan. If I don't look at them for too long I won't break down in a fangirling fit. This is my way of 'keeping my cool'."

"Well how do you expect to not even hug us, I mean, look at us... We are freaking adorable," Michael said.

"Should I?" She looked to me.

"Prepare yourselves boys," I confirmed with a nod.
