17. The Room.

Chapter 17-The Room.

{Niall's POV}

I had just asked Jess to go on tour with us and she said yes. I was so excited! I just hope we'll get along...

Louis walked up to me, "Don't break my sister's heart." I gulped, knowing he wasn't joking, which was rare. "Oh! And don't you dare fucking touch my Eleanor!" He yelled in my face. I didn't realize that he was holding me up, wrapping his right hand on the collar of my shirt. "LOUIS!" Jess came in running. I saw the venom in Louis' eyes. He let me down, and I ran.

I hid in mine and Jess' room. I locked the door, and slid down, massaging my neck. "NIALL! LEMME IN!" Jess screamed. I quickly let her in, not wanting to deal with a mad Louis. I saw a red mark on Jess' face, "Love, what happened to your face?" She stared at the ground, keeping quiet.

"Answer me, please?" I asked, pleading. I asked hundreds upon thousands of times. I finally got sick of her silence, "ANSWER ME, WOMAN!" I covered my mouth, surprised of what came out. "Louis... me..." Jess mumbled. "What?" I asked kindly, hugging Jess. "L-Louis... H-he slapped m-me." Jess started crying. "Pumpkin, please don't cry. I'll talk to Louis, okay? And if it makes you feel better you can have a day to yourself?" I suggested. "Okay." Jess choked out. I frowned, walking out to see Louis standing in front of the door.

Louis' eyes were puffy and I knew why. He didn't mean to hurt both of us. I gave Louis a MANLY hug. "It's okay." I tried calming him down. "Mum got in a car accident." Louis said, with his voice cracking. He buried his face in his hands. He started sobbing loudly. Jess came out, already knowing the news. "I'm gonna go have a day to myself." She sighed. I nodded, comforting Louis.

{Jess' POV}

I ran to my car outside, in the pouring rain. I drove off, heading to the library. I sped through traffic, not wanting to waste any time.

I arrived, running inside. I went to the old section of books. When I say old, I meant pages ripping, no cover, those kind of books. I read the spines, looking for THE book. I found it, wiping off the dust. I read it quietly out-loud, "The Forbidden of Us." I turned the delicate pages, not wanting to hurt this book. I walked to the counter, "How much do you want for this book?" I asked the librarian. She looked at me, surprised, "The queen of Arendelle. You must have that book for free. I wouldn't want you to go through the trouble of paying for that. Although, this isn't a bookstore... Have it, you must!" She started creeping me out. I nodded and smiled. What did she mean by 'Have it, you must!'? I walked out, meeting paparazzi.

I sighed, as I stepped into the door of my Mum's comforting house. I ran to the staircase, opening the door underneath. I turned on the light, closing the door behind me.

I looked at the old, aged pallet door in front of me. The paint was chipping, and the handle was an old fashion. It was beautiful! Not a handle you would see everyday. I slowly opened the door, walking down the fragile old steps. It was cold, but scary. It was dark and the air around me felt damp. I shivered as I came to a door. On the door was an ancient carving. The words, written in hieroglyphs, said, "Come through me, I dare. Discover my my secrets, and beware."

I looked at the book in my hand, studying the page. This door and that one in the book matched. I had to channel air through-out the carving. I controlled the air, moving it as if a ballerina were dancing. In a light and graceful fashion. The door squealed, and then opened slowly. The room I walked in was beautiful.

This is what I was looking for. The Forbidden Room. Now, I understood why. I saw portals, leading to separate worlds. I shook my head and ran up the stairs, slamming and locking the door. I ran to Niall, out of breathe and gasping. "Niall. Our world is in danger."

This wasn't a fairytale. This was anything but the ordinary fairytale.
