I glance over at the alarm clock with blurred vision, reading that it was only 12:45. We had gotten back to my house at around 10:30 or 11:00 and I hadn't fallen asleep yet. I quickly slipped my arm out from around Autumn and crawled out of bed. I carefully crept down the hall making sure to not wake anyone else up. I sprawled out on the couch and decided to watch a movie. In luck, Batman Begins had just started. I sat quietly and watched for a few minutes before I heard a noise coming from the staircase.

"Luke?" Autumn whisper-called out, still obviously hungover.

"Aut, I'm downstairs. Be careful," I called out and not before long, heard her start to stumble.

"I'm okay." She continued walking downstairs and walked over to the couch. I was lying down on my side and she plopped down and curled up, facing me. "Hey," she whispered and giggled.

"Hey," I flashed her a sleepy smile. I carefully sat up and crawled over her, walking towards the kitchen. She quickly sat up with wide eyes and looked at me.

"Lukeee, come kiss me," she whined, pouting. I just chuckled in response and began making myself a cup of coffee. She got up and made her way towards me, wrapping her arms around my neck. "Kiss me now?" She asked, pursing her lips. I quickly pecked her lips and continued making the cup of coffee. It was hard for me to resist her pretty green eyes, but I knew that she was drunk and would be upset when she was sober again if we had done anything.

I grabbed her hand and pulled her to the couch, pulling out two xbox controllers and put Mario Kart in. After a second round of drunken Mario Kart, she had become fed up. "You're a cheater! I'm gonna beat you this time!" She whisper yelled and I chuckled.

"You can try!"

At the last second, she took a short-cut and beat me by just a fracture of a second. I pouted and looked at her, "screw you!"

"I'd like to," she looked at me, biting her lip. I couldn't control myself any longer. I leaned over, forcefully pressed my lips against hers, and felt her smile into the kiss. Our lips moved in perfect, fiery sync. When we kissed, I could still taste the faint liquor on her lips. I kissed her harder, crawling on top of her on the couch. She began to tug off the shirt of mine that she was wearing, but I stopped her. "I think we should stop, princess." I kissed her gently, looking into her eyes.

"Is it because I'm not pretty enough for you?" She asked with tear-coated eyes.

I kissed her again, crawling off of her, and pulling her up with me. "I think you're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen."

"But I'm fat and-" I cut her off with another kiss.

"You're beautiful. Please don't let anyone tell you otherwise," I pressed my lips against her cheek. "If we do anything I want it to be meaningful, not as a result of drunken actions."

Turning down a pretty, drunk girl. Nice one, Hemmings. I wasn't sure whether or not to smack myself for telling her that I thought we should wait. I wasn't a virgin, but I definitely didn't sleep around.

"Okay," was all she said before yawning and placing a hand on her head. Her words weren't as slurred as before, but it was still slightly difficult to understand some of what she said. "Can I have coffee?"

I chuckled. "I don't think that's a good idea, considering you're still hungover."

I glanced at the clock and it was close to 3 am. I heard a door open and saw a light flicker on upstairs, and Michael walked out along with Demi.

"What's with all the noise, man?" Michael growled and Demi pecked him on the nose.

"Aww, someone's grumpy," she teased, causing him to loosen up a little bit.

Ashton came bolting down the stairs shortly afterwards. He looked like he hadn't slept in ages. "You couldn't sleep either?" He asked, slightly pissed off. "Try sleeping in a room next to these two," he gestured to Michael and Demi, "they've kept me up all night."

Demi blushed and a cocky grin spread across Michaels face. "You're just jealous because I can get some and you're too much of a wuss too get anywhere with Danica."

Ashton playfully punched Michael's arm and scoffed. "Whatever, man." He waved the two of them off. "What is it time?"

I chuckled. "I'm guessing everyone except me is still hungover, and I'm assuming you meant 'what time is it?'. It's almost 3."

"I'm going to bed, you coming Mikey?" Demi sweetly asked through a series of yawns.

"He'll be up in a minute," I answered for him. "I need to talk to him and Ash."

She nodded and walked upstairs. I noticed that Autumn was completely passed out on the couch and slightly smiled.

I walked over to Mike and Ash, explaining to them my problem.

"Okay, so I know I'm tired and drunk, but let me get this straight," Ashton started, "You could have fooled around with your drunk girlfriend but stopped her because you 'didn't want to take advantage of her'?" I nodded and he gave me a look of disbelief. "Who the hell are you and what have you done with Luke?"

"I hate to say it, but I'm sort of wondering the same thing, man," Michael said. "I don't know, normally you wouldn't care at all but now you're not wanting to take advantage of her?" He laughed. "I never thought I would see the day when 'Bad Boy Luke Hemmings' turned into 'Goody Two Shoes Lucas Hemmings'."

"Okay," I started, "number one, you know I hate being called Lucas. And number two, I haven't changed, I'm just being less of an asshole to this one."

The guys exchanged looks before laughing. "Okay, okay," Ash said, putting his hands up in defeat. "Don't need to get all defensive."

"I'm not get-" I cut myself off and Mikey laughed. "Anyways, did you fool around with Demi?" I asked Mikey and a smirk spread across his face.

"Oh, we did a lot more than 'fool around'," he winked and I chuckled. He explained to Ash and I what had happened.

"Well it looks like someone scored a home-run tonight," Ashton winked.

"I think he scored more than one," I added and we cracked up laughing.

"Oops," Michael shrugged, grinning. "Well, I don't want to keep Demi waiting. We're all gonna end up sleeping in until like noon tomorrow." Michael laughed.

"You do that anyways," I joked and Ashton agreed.

"Yeah, yeah. Night guys." Michael walked up the stairs and Ashton soon followed.

"Night," I said.

I walked over to the couch and gently picked Autumn up bridal style, careful not to wake her. I carried her up the stairs, into my room, and placed her in my bed. I climbed in right next to her, wrapping my arms around her, and nuzzling my face into the crook of her neck. I pulled the blanket over us, trying my hardest not to disturb her.

The complete absence of noise in the room gave me plenty of time to evaluate the past five days. 5 days down, 25 more to go. She hadn't muttered the words yet-not even in her sleep-but for some odd reason, I was glad she hadn't.

I continued to wonder if I should've called off the bet right then and there. I had to weigh the wins and the losses.

I fell asleep soon after asking myself if winning the bet was worth it. If winning it was even "winning" at all.
