17. A royal affair
During the night, Catherine had sent a letter to Robert. When he got it, he read it and then he burned it. Following the letter's instructions he got to a secret door that lead to a stair case. When he got to the middle of the stair case he saw window, and on that window there was a key and he took it to open the door at the top of the stair case.
When he got in the room he saw Catherine in her night gown, she stood there watching him and then she walked up to him and kissed him passionately on the lips. When he stopped kissing her when she looked at him, she felt as if butterflies were in her stomach. He pulled her closer to him and he then kissed her on the lips slowly going down to her neck, he then cupped her breasts with his hands. "I have never wanted any one else than you" he then lifted her up in his arms carrying her to the bed. She kissed him softly as he layed her down on the bed, he smiled against her lips, his hands reached for the fabric of her nightgown to push it up to her waist. His touch made her skin feel as if it was on fire, she then kissed him again but this time she removed his shirt and he took off her nightgown.
In the early hours of the morning, Catherine layed in her bed as she watched Robert get out of her room the same way he had came in. He smiled at her and she said "Will you come back tomorrow night, my love?" he looked at her and said "I want to come back to you, you are what i always wanted and i love you " he then kissed her softly and went back to his room closing the door. A month later during the night, Catherine was playing a game of chess with one of her ladies when suddenly they heard a knock at the door, when the redheaded lady answered she saw that it was the king. He looked at his wife's lady and said "I wish to lay with my wife tonight" the lady then answered by saying "Sorry we just started another game of chess your grace and her majesty has not been feeling well for the past four days" and then the king said "I hope you feel better soon wife" and went away.
