*Two Months Later*
Well it's been two months and there's no more murders. People have moved back and kids are playing on the streets again.
There are no guard dogs and there are no guns.
West Valley is as peaceful and crowded as it had always been.
People are taking walks and going into alleyways like there were never any worries.
Today's weather is really nice so I'm going on a walk too!
I walk out of my house and walk down the street. I walk past the park and down the dark alley. I get to the corner and I hear people talking, I can tell they're boys. It's total darkness but I can see figures but I can't see they're faces.
"Get away from me." One of them said and there was a sound like one of them punched the other.
"Don't you fucking punch me!" The other said and there was a punching noise again. I peered around the corner and saw one guy in all black with a black beanie over his face. He was holding the other guy against the wall. The other guy had a bloody nose.
"Get away!" The other guy yelled and pushed the guy in black. The guy in black punched him in the gut and he fell to the ground. I stood there frozen, my legs appeared not able to move and my mouth appeared to be glued shut. The guy in black started kicking the guy on the ground.
He spit out blood and the guy in black backed up.
"Fight." The guy in black said. The guy who was on the ground, slowly stood up. He stood there swaying then the guy in blood punched him. His head hit the brick wall then he fell to the ground and was knocked out cold. I let out a gasp and I slapped my hand over my mouth. The guy in black looked over at me and I stood still. He was looking straight at me. I held my breathe so there was no movement that he would be able to see.
He seemed not to be able to see me because he looked back at the guy on the ground. He went down the alley and to a black car. He opened the driver's seat door and he pulled something out. He walked back over to the guy and pointed a gun at him.
He pulled the trigger and the guy was shot right in the head. I gasped behind my hand. He stepped away from the guy and put the gun in his jacket. I took my hand away from my mouth and he raised the gun again. I widened my eyes as he pointed at him again.
BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!
He shot him four more times, each in his head. The guy who was just shot was now dead. Tears exploded out of my eyes and I whipped them away. I put my hand over my mouth and held my breathe. I couldn't hold it any longer and sobbed loudly.
His head turns towards me and I gasped.
