I looked up and there he was… His beautiful curly hair a little bit shorter but the same brown eyes that I fell for back at Texas. He was wearing a white V neck t-shirt and tight black pants.
“No! Stop it!” A blonde girl behind him complained making me land back at the earth. “Franklin, I don’t want to.”
“Wait a second, please.” I said trying to hide my nerves, but I’m sure it didn’t work. I could feel my cheeks burning again and my hands were shaking but hopefully there was a counter between us.
“Nick, I told you it’d be boring with her around.”
“Frankie, please. Stop it.” Nick whispered. “She’s my girlfriend, you must respect Delta.”
OH MY FREAKING GOD! DELTA? DELTA WHO? THAT BLOND SKINNY B… BARBIE?!
“I-I got your reservation.” I told him pushing the pieces of my heart back. “Two rooms, one double and one simple. Seven nights.”
“Yes, that’s it.”
“O-okay, would you lend me your IDs please?”
“Sure” He said giving me all of their ID’s. I checked each one.
“Nicholas, you’re staying with me right?” D-Delta said.
“Sorry, babe. Frankie won’t like to be by himself.”
“I’d stay in any other hotel, then. I don’t even know why you picked this cheap resort.” She complained.
“Frankie wanted to stay here because it’s the sports resort.” He said kissing her on the lips.
I cleared my throat.
“Do you want an extra key for the minor?”
“No, thanks.” Frankie told me.
“Then… Your rooms are 169 and 170 at the building A. One key is for Nicholas Jonas, the other for Delta Goodrem, am I right?” I asked handing Nick both keys and trying not to punch the girl.
“Am… Do you want me to put ‘Frank the tank’ on your key?” I questioned Frankie.
“Would you behave yourself, please?” The skinny girl demanded.
“Hey, babe. Hold on.” Nick said taking her by the waist and kissing her cheek to make her settle.
“No, she’s right. I’m sorry, it was disrespectful.” I apologized.
“No way; Frankie?” Nick looked at the boy with a smile.
“I’d love you to put that on MY key.”
“Okay, then.” I said while writing that on the computer.
“Baby, why don’t you go to your room and relax till dinner time... I’ll got get you later.”
“Right” She said kissing him passionately on the lips and leaving with her purse.
Agh! My stomach was about to throw my breakfast all the way back.
“Sorry about that.” Nick apologized.
“Don’t worry, she was right anyway.” I said taking Frankie’s key and giving it to Frankie. ”There you go.”
“Anything else?” I asked trying to avoid Nick’s eyes… Couldn’t!
Come on! Breathe!! Breathe!!
“Yeah,” Frankie told me helping me to breathe again. “Would you please get a new girlfriend for my stupid brother? He seems to be blind!”
“Franklin!” Nick turned to face him but he just ran away. Nick sighed. “Teens… I don’t know how my mom could handle with four of them.”
I giggled and he smiled.
“Hm… I was wondering, have I seen you before?”
Oh god! He does remember about me!
“I don’t know. Maybe in the crowd, at a concert, I used to love your music.” I spitted the words and when I realized what I was doing I bit my lip to stop talking.
“Used to?” He said laughing a little.
“Yes, no. I mean” I shook my head nervously. “I’m still a Jonas fan.”
“Well, you have good taste in music then.” I tried to smile but instead I just looked down so he couldn’t see the redness in my face. “I guess I’ll see you around.”
“Yes. Oh, I almost forgot… You can give your luggage to the guy right in the corner, and thank you for picking All-Star Sports Resort.”
“Okay, thank you.” Nick giggled and left.
