(Sarah gave me this idea. Originally, I was going to make Leslie not like Louis until later on, but then she'd be a stuck up brat. So, thanks, Sarah, for helping me. It's not exactly how your idea was, but it relates.)
Brooke and I walked into the big, abandoned store. Brooke and I first discovered this place when we were thirteen, but we stopped coming here at age seventeen. This place was known for having bad luck. Whenever somebody tried to have a business here, it never went right. But when Brooke and I found this place, everyone gave up on it, and we immediately made it our place. Brooke turned on the lamps and I was greeted with the familiar place. I smiled as I saw papers with drawings, bean bags, magazines, board games, and a lot more.
"Oh, how I missed this place!" I yelled, jumping in one of the carts.
"Push me, Brooke!" She laughed as we raced through the store. After a few minutes of racing and laughing, we collapsed on the bean bags. I picked up one of the magazines and showed a poster to Brooke.
"Remember him? He was your biggest celebrity crush!" I laughed uncontrollably as Brooke's cheeks flushed a crimson red.
"Shut up." She said through a smile.
"I remember you used to make me draw pictures of you two, and you would save every single one!" She laughed a little.
"Shut up, and answer your phone." I tried to hold in my giggles and answered the phone without looking at the Caller ID.
"Hello, darling." I froze. It was Louis. I forgot he was going to call me today.
"H-hey, there, Louis." I mentally slapped myself for stuttering.
"Are you OK?" He questioned about my stuttering.
"Yeah, just fine. So, you called?"
"Well, I was wondering if you wanted to come over for a movie at my flat?" I could tell he was nervous. I smirked and decided to act normal and be me. I mean, give the kid a chance.
"Like a date?" I asked.
"Erm, yeah. I mean, if you want it to be..." I laughed at his nervousness. He was adorable when he was nervous.
'LESLIE! CONTROL YOURSELF!'
"Can I bring a friend?"
"Yeah, they'd be great company for Harry!"
"Sounds great. I'll see you soon, Lou." I said seductively towards the end. I hung up and laughed. Brooke raised an eyebrow at me.
"What was all that about?"
"It was that boy. Also known as Louis. Come on, we're going over to his house for a movie night." I grabbed her hand and pulled her to the car.
"Won't that be kind of awkward. You know, the three of us..." I started the car and drove.
"Nope, 'cause his friend Harry is going to be there." Her eyes popped out.
"You set me up with a guy?"
"Mhmm," I hummed. I pulled into their drive way.
"It's payback for all those times you set me up on blind dates." I pulled the keys out and put them in my pocket. We walked out of the car and Brooke groaned. I rang the door bell.
"Don't worry, you'll like him." Soon, Harry opened the door.
"Hey, it's Leslie! You must be Leslie's friend."
"Brooke," She smiled.
'You little flirt, you!' I thought.
"I'm Harry." He winked at Brooke, and she blushed.
"I can hear the wedding bells!" I sing-songed. Brooke lightly pushed me and Harry chuckled.
"Lou Bear!" He called. I raised an eyebrow as Louis came walking down the stairs. He saw me and pulled me into a hug, which I was very surprised by. I saw Brooke making kissy faces at me and I stuck my tongue out at her.
"Hi, I'm Louis." He said to Brooke as he pulled away and gave Brooke a hug.
"Brooke," She said back. Louis and I walked to the couch as Brooke and Harry made their way to the kitchen to get snacks.
"So, Lou Bear, what movie are we watching?" I asked, putting more emphasis on the word 'Lou Bear'. He chuckled.
"Erm, we're going to watch Paranormal Activity part two." I sat on the couch next to him. I jumped up with excitement.
"I love that movie!" He laughed. Oh, tonight is going to be very interesting.
