Niall jumped off the train at ten. I saw him coming towards me and he smiled big. He was taller than me but he was cute. He had such blue eyes and his hair was perfect. I liked that he had bleached it and the sides were a little darker.
"Hi!" he said and hugged me. I hugged him back. He picked up the backpack on his back and looked at me from the bottom up. "You're prettier in real life!"
I blushed and I had no idea what I would say.
"Thank you!" I got out. "And you're taller than I thought."
Niall laughed and took my hand. He took me to the exit.
"Now you show me this town."
I laughed and looked down at our hands. There was a tingling in my stomach and I noted that he was strong. He was such a guy that certainly was at the gym and who liked to train the body.
He looked at me again and he shook his head. He had a big smile and he was more than I had imagined. I blushed slightly again and I felt like a little kid at Christmas.
"So what should I show you?"
He opened the door for me.
"Whatever you want!"
We ended up in the park. We sat down under a birch tree and I leaned against the tree. Niall sat down and he saw me and he smiled big.
"I must admit that my stomach tingles!"
I giggled and I still felt that my stomach tingled. He set down his backpack and I noted that it was heavy.
"What have you brought with you?"
He swallowed, hesitated and looked at me.
"Nothing special. Going to a friend when I get home and I brought clothes and games."
I raised my eyebrow.
"Yes, my cousin. I count him as a friend, but he's a relative."
Niall quickly changed the subject.
"You're cute!" he said and he was flirting with me. "You're such a girl that I like."
"I'm just me. Guys usually don't see me. They want blonde girls."
Niall blushed slightly.
"I have to admit one thing. I lied when I said I like blonde girls. I didn't want you to think I was a stalker or like that."
I didn't know what to say. I saw at him that he meant it as something good.
"So I'm okay?"
He nodded and leaned toward me. He gave me a light kiss on the cheek and smiled big.
"You are saved!"
I didn't understand what he meant.
"You are saved. I'm not going to hurt you or be mean to you."
I realized that one of his wacky ideas appeared. I laughed a little bit.
Niall seemed to take it seriously.
"It's okay, I like some girls, but far from all."
"So you like me?"
He nodded with satisfaction.
"You replied to me on Skype and you weren't like that shitty as many can be. You are yourself, and you will get far with it."
I nodded and swallowed.
He smiled and shook his head.
"I'm already one of the lost, but you have a chance."
Niall looked into my eyes and I saw that he was serious. I didn't understand what he was talking about, but I was hoping that he meant something good.
"I shouldn't have to bring the backpack." he said and smiled at me. "I should have just taken my heart."
I still didn't understand what he was talking about.
"You can't spend the night with me?"
He laughed and seemed almost more amused by me.
"No, I'm not going to spend the night in your home. I said it just because I..." he hesitated and smiled at me. "You are unique!"
Niall did what he promised. He paid for the food at a resturant and he made me feel unique. It was as if only I was there and he didn't like that others were around us. I looked at the clock and it was half past three.
"When are you going home with the train?"
Niall was startled and understood what I was talking about.
"Uh! You don't need to go with me up with the station. When do you want to go home?"
I knew what I had promised mom.
"I must soon go home. I said I'd be home at four o'clock."
Niall smiled and kissed me lightly on the cheek.
"Let me know when you have to start walking home. I take the train just after four."
I was surprised. Niall took me with him, so that we ended up behind bushes and trees. No one saw us and immediately he kissed me. I felt his lips against mine and I couldn't help but respond to the kiss. I took lightly my arms around his waist and I felt how wonderful he was. I realized I was in love with Niall. He was perfect in my eyes.
"You should know that I don't like all people." Niall whispered, after he had finished the kiss. "I usually feel something against many girls, but you're so special."
I blushed. I still had no idea what he was talking about and I didn't know what to say. Niall smiled with his whole face and he took a step back.
"You are protected by me, okay?"
I assumed he meant it as a joke.
Niall looked at me from the bottom up, then he seemed almost happy.
"Go home now!" he whispered. "I don't want you to disappoint your mom and I want you to come home before it gets dark."
"But I thought ..."
Niall kissed me again and I felt his lips caressed against mine. He released me and giggled lightly.
"Go home, I'm talking to you on Skype tonight. Okay?"
I nodded and swallowed.
"So I'll just go now?"
"For your own sake, you should go home. I'll call you when I get home!"
I nodded. I stood up and waved easily goodbye to him.
Niall nodded and took the backpack on his back.
I felt empty inside when I went home. There was something about Niall that I didn't like, but still, he got my stomach tingle. He had such a wonderful eye and he was so perfect. He seemed to care, and he was an odd guy. I wondered if I should tell my mom about Niall but I knew what she would say. "You're crazy!"
