"Who's there?!" I said, looking around with tears in my eyes.
I watched the shadow figure walk towards me. Who is this? Was it the same figure from before? Did it follow me here?! I started to shake because I felt so defendless to fight this shadow figure. And I didn't want the boys to freak out and kill this figure and find out it was one of their Vampires. I stared into his sliver-red eyes.. Wait. These eyes look so familiar. Is it..?!
"Luke," I said, "Is that you?"
"Yes it is," He smiled, walking out of the shadows.
I smiled a little.
"Now," He said, "Why are you crying?"
And I re-told my whole story to him. I got up and walked over to my bed, grabbed a teddy bear that Shafa got me for Valentine's Day and hugged it close to my beating heart. I could imagine Shafa hugging me right now, but that would be the last hug I'll ever get from her since she hates liars and I lied to her.
"I don't think they'll stop being friends with you," Luke said, rubbing my back.
"You think?" I said, looking at him with tears.
"You guys love each other," He said, "No matter what you are."
I looked into his beautiful eyes, shining in the moonlight, with the tears going down my cheeks from my hazel-red eyes. He took his finger, took the tear off softly and threw it in the air, causing it to freeze into a ice tear. It was shining so beautiful in the sky. I watched it go up and saw more follow it into the air. It was so beautiful. I never saw something like this. And Luke was doing all of this. He was smiling at me while doing this.
I sat on the couch with the girls and my dogs while Mommy was making tea for us. I was very surprised to see what my eyes saw. My best friend, my sister, Jenny, a Vampire. Eating out someone's blood. Usually, I would be petrified to be friends with a Vampire, but Jenny must feel bad for not telling us. And I never have a reason to stop being best friends with her. She's still my sister. She was always there for me with Rachele and Laura. I can't replace Jenny. Ever.
"I'm not ending my friendship with Jenny," Laura said.
"Same here," Rachele said.
"None of us do," I said, "But, I'm mad at her from lying to us."
"We should give her space," Rachele said, "Maybe she wanted to tell us, but was too scared."
"Or maybe she was going to tell us when she was ready," Laura said.
"You both have points," I said.
"Let's give Jenny a chance to speak," Rachele smiled.
"Girls," Mommy called, "Look out the window."
We ran to the window to see these lovely jewels in the air. They lighted up the night sky with the moon shining in the back. It was absolutely gorgeous. We opened the door and ran outside onto my front porch. I watched the tears falling down slowly like snow, grabbed one and it shined in my hand then melted into a hot tear. And this tear looked so familiar as if I saw before in someone's eyes. Then, I realized... It was Jenny's tears!!
"Oh my God," I said, staring at the tear with surprise in my face.
"What?" Rachele said.
"This is Jenny's tears," I said.
As they gasped in surprised, I noticed someone on a roof in front of my house, looking directly at the moon. It looked like that person was standing directly in the middle of the moon. All I saw was that the person's hair was short which meant it was a boy, black jeans, black leather jacket, black Vans off the Walls with a bit of white stripes on it, wasn't sure about it shirt, his hair was black and up in a quiff. He turned his head and saw his lovely hazel eyes under the moonlight and his tongue in between his teeth as he smiled. He looks so familiar.
'Who are you..?' I thought.
