When the month was over, I called Niall and I were so spiteful.
"Do you come here on a Friday?"
I grinned and enjoyed my advantage.
"I won the bet. Perrie and Zayn are still together and the winner would..."
I heard Niall sigh and he interrupted me.
"Did you take that seriously?"
"This time I did it and you'll be my slave all weekend."
I knew that he couldn't say no. He knew that a bet was a bet. Niall was, after all, a guy who did what he promised, but he didn't sound happy.
"Do you promise not to be mean?"
"And don't bring your cell phone. You are with me this weekend and I decide everything."
Niall wasn't happy. He lifted in the bag with clothes in and he saw that I made up the couch for him.
"So I can't even lie in your bed?"
I laughed and shook my head.
"You must sleep on the couch and I don't want you poking at me. I'm your friend Niall."
He sighed and nodded tired. He closed the front door and came in to me.
"So we wont go to the pub?"
I shook my head.
"You will have a girl-free weekend and I'll make sure you learn how my life is."
Niall just nodded.
"Okay, it's just about a weekend?"
I nodded, satisfied, and stood up. I saw that he didn't like my home, but I didn't care.
"I have one toilet and I shower in the morning." I said and giggled. "You pick up after you and you will help me to do the dishes."
In the evening, we sat on the couch and I chose a television channel. It was a romantic movie and I wanted to actually see it.
"No!" Niall groaned and showed that he wasn't the least interested. I pushed teasingly at him and chose to see on the television.
"Now you obey me and what's wrong to look at true love?"
Niall snorted and gave me an annoyed look.
"Life isn't like the movies. You don't meet a girl who's perfect for you and you don't live happy in all all days ever after."
I gave him a quick glance and I didn't care about his sad mood.
"Nothing lasts forever unless you are struggling a bit."
"Struggling?" he snorted. "It's just wrong to fight for something that still doesn't last."
I didn't care about him. I looked at the movie, but Niall seemed totally against everything and he laughed when the pair met for the first time.
"He'll just have sex with her and then he's happy with that."
I put my hand over his mouth.
"No, he will realize that he loves her."
Niall ripped off my hand and smiled at me.
"No, he will understand that she's a bitch."
I knew he was teasing me. I smiled and continued to follow the action. The couple became enemies, because of a misunderstanding and he moved away from her.
"What did I tell you?" Niall exclaimed. "He can look for a better bitch and he doesn't have to stay there."
I almost shouted at him.
"Wait and see!"
"So lame. Now he cries and looks at photos of her."
I made sure he became quiet. The girl cried and she realized that she had treated him wrong. The guy did the same thing and then they met again.
"He's stupid!" Niall said and giggled. "He's so fucking stupid that he goes back to her."
"Niall, it's called true love."
Niall laughed and gave me a quick glance.
"You call it true love? He's stupid going back to her and she's just not sure she want him anyway."
I chose not to say anything more. The movie ended and they lived happily ever after.
"So bad movie!" Niall continued, "That doesn't happen in reality. In the true life she doesn't take back the guy and he finds a new girl to have."
I watched Nialls profile and I realized that he was hopeless.
"Why don't you believe in love?"
Niall smiled and looked at me. He raised his eyebrows and almost seemed to think about it.
"Because girls just want to have money and a guy that they can brag about. Nobody wants to be loved today, not for real anyway."
I didn't understand why he was so narrow-minded.
"Well I would like to one day meet a guy who loves me. I want to feel loved and not abused."
Niall became serious and just stared at me.
"Are you serious? You're just looking for success?"
I smiled weakly.
"Yes, but one day I'm a Lawyer and then I want to start a family and get married."
He seemed almost surprised. Niall stared at me and then he smiled weakly.
"I didn't know you were looking for that too?"
I smiled at him.
"There's much you don't know about, because you aren't interested in my life. You never ask how I am or what I want to do?"
I was surprised when Niall agreed with me. He sank down on the couch and he looked at me.
"I know I may not be the one asking things, but you know that I care anyway?"
I nodded and smiled.
"But sometimes you just run over me and you're not listening to what I believe in or why I saying things to you. You think you're right and that's enough for you."
He sighed and blushed slightly.
"I've also wrong, many times!"
I nodded quickly.
"And admit that you treat girls wrong."
He sighed and frowned.
"No, because they know that I just want sex. They know that I don't love them."
"But ..." I managed to say. "One day you will crash a heart unconsciously and you might even make a girl pregnant?"
Niall shook his head quickly.
"I always have a condom on. I'm stupid, but not so stupid as to have unprotected sex."
I heard Niall writhed on the couch. I smiled at the thought that he still remained there. He was used to a large, soft bed. Now he was in my little sofa and he didn't like it.
"Try to sleep." I whispered and he sighed quickly.
"I'll sleep when I'm lying right. You have a very hard couch."
"Sometimes you have to suffer!"
He sighed and I heard that he finally found a good position.
"I just want to say that I understand love, but I also know that I'm not the right guy to talk about the subject with."
"Because I don't think I've ever loved a single person., It's as if everyone else loves, but I don't feel such emotions."
I laughed lightly.
"I know you're weird."
Niall laughed lightly.
I swallowed and closed my eyes.
"One day you will meet a girl that will make you become weak all over and then you realize that you love her."
"Yeah, maybe, but I don't believe in that view. I'm a hopeless case, but I'm happy with my life. I get to do many things that others can't afford."
I opened my eyes.
"Why don't you care then more about us?"
He had no good answer.
"I don't know, I guess it's a bad habit just?"
