It’s been two weeks since Justin proposed to me. Last week we told the beliebers about our engagement. Scooter apparently took a few photos of us while Justin proposed. So we posted them on Instagram and the beliebers were very happy about it. Justin and I set the date for the wedding. November 10th 2013 which is two months from now. I really can’t wait! Today I’m going to pick my dress. My mom, grandma and Pattie are going to help me find it. Justin is taking our dads, my grandpa and Damian to find a tux. They seem to get along great which makes me very happy. When I walked in to the wedding dress shop I fell in love. It’s so pretty!
Voice: Hello miss, I am Bianca, how can I help you?
I saw a woman around fifty years old smiling at me.
Nikki: Hi, I have an appointment on the name Bieber.
Bianca: Follow me please!
We followed Bianca into another room. There we met a young girl with beautiful brown hair called Jenny.
Jenny: Hello my name is Jenny and today I am going to help you find the perfect dress. Do you have any idea what you might like?
Nikki: Well I don’t really know yet. I always liked the princess dresses with lace and the purest white. Maybe you can show me some?
Jenny nodded and left. After ten minutes she returned with ten dresses.
Jenny: So I’ve got a few dresses here. Some of them are like you described and I took a few other dresses. Looking at the clothes you are wearing they might be your style.
Nikki: Thank you Jenny.
I walked towards the changing room followed by Jenny. When we were inside I took my clothes off and Jenny helped me in the first dress. It was really pretty, but I’m not sure if it is the one. I looked in the mirror. The dress had short sleeves that just covered my shoulders. It had a few pearls on it. I didn’t really like it on me, so I decided not to show Patty, my mom and grandmother. I tried on five other dresses which also weren’t that pretty on me. When I put the next dress on it felt like magic. I looked in the mirror and knew this was the one. I started to tear up a little.
Nikki: Jenny, this is the one. I can feel it!
I was wearing a white strapless dress with a small white belt around my tiny baby bump. Under the belt the dress widened. It was so perfect. I really feel like a princess and I am definitely not exaggerating. I feel like a different person. In a good way though. I had the biggest smile on my face. I went back to my mother, my soon-to-be mother in law and my grandma. They smiled at me, knowing this was the one.
Pattie: Oh Nikki you look so beautiful. Justin will faint if he sees you.
Daniëlle: He really will. You look so pretty darling.
Grandma was just staring at me. Not being able to say a thing. All of them had tears in their eyes.
Nikki: This really is the one.
Jenny: I’m going to get you matching shoes and jewelry.
After a few minutes Jenny came back with plain white high heels. Perfect! She got me a diamond necklace and earrings.
Jenny: Since I really think you look like a princess I got you a tiara. It’s on the house if you like it.
She got the tiara from behind her back. It was silver with a few diamonds. I put it on my head and looked at myself in the mirror.
Nikki: Thank you so much Jenny!
Then my phone rang. I looked at the display and saw a picture of Justin with the caption “Boyfriend <3” underneath. I have to change that. I giggled and answered my phone.
Nikki: Hi Justin.
Justin: Hi baby, how’s the dress shopping going?
Nikki: Amazing. I just can’t wait till November 10th.
Justin: Can I see the dress when you get home babe?
Nikki: No! Definitely not! It will bring bad luck if you see it before the wedding. So you’re just going to have to wait and see.
Justin: But baby…
Nikki: No Justin! I don’t want to see your tux either. Just be patient.
Justin: Alright fine. Just because I love you. Anyway I was calling because I miss my babies. And I was wondering if you’d finished shopping.
Nikki: No baby I’m sorry. We can meet at Starbucks though. See you guys at three?
Justin: Okay see you then. I love you.
Nikki: I love you too Justin. Bye.
I hang up and paid for my stuff. Bianca said that I can pick up the dress a day before the wedding. Then we hurried through the rest of the shops. We bought some pretty lingerie. And just some other clothes. After that we went to the car. We rushed to Starbucks. The guys were already there. Justin whispered in my ear that he loved me. I smiled as we drank our coffee. After that we went home and chilled on the couch till it was time to go to bed.
