"Liam?! LIAM?!" I shrieked, shaking him.
"Huh? What's happening?!" He mumbled, coming to.
I hugged him tightly. "You're okay! Oh my god, I was so worried!"
Liam sighed. "I'm sorry Ruby. That was Maggie, my ex. She came over, she wanted me back."
More tears filled my eyes, so I turned away, so Liam wouldn't see.
"I told her no." Liam said.
I gasped and looked at him. He was being serious. He chose me! I kissed him.
"Come inside." I stood up and opened the door. Well, I tried. But it wouldn't open. "Crap." I jiggled the door handle, but it wouldn't budge. "Crap, crap, crap."
"Your window." Liam said immediately. I watched him climb up the side of my house and in through my unlocked window. Moments later, he opened the door slightly.
"Let me in!" I giggled.
"Password?" He smirked.
"That's not fair!" I pouted.
"I think it is." Liam grinned then shut the door.
"Heyyyyy!" I pounded on the door. "Open up!"
He opened it slightly again, but this time I was ready. I pushed the door as hard as I could, then fell on top of him, laughing.
"Not fair!" Liam grinned at me. I kissed him then stood up and straightened my hair.
"You want some breakfast?" I asked, walking into the kitchen.
"Yeah, I'm starving, considering I spent all night outside some girl's house." He playfully punched my arm.
"Hey!" I punched him back. "No one asked you to!"
He locked his eyes onto mine. "But I wanted to." He said softly. He kissed me again and I smiled.
"Toast?" I asked. "Bacon? Eggs? Cereal?"
"Surprise me." He said with a wink.
I sat at the counter with Liam, eating bacon and eggs. Well, he ate bacon and eggs, I just had half of one of his eggs.
Liam leaned back on his chair. "How come you never eat?"
I sighed. "Because. I just don't feel like it."
"Aren't you ever hungry?" He asked.
I shook my head. "I'm not anorexic!" I sighed.
He finished his breakfast and stood up. "You don't have to clean that; my parents are away for the next week on a business trip." I explained.
"C'mon." Liam pulled my arm.
I giggled. "Where are we going?!" I asked as he pulled me outside.
"Well, we're not going to school..." He winked and opened his car door for me.
We drove down to the beach, where it was quiet, considering it was a Thursday.
"Looks like we have the place to ourselves!" Liam chuckled.
I smiled as he produced my favourite turquoise bikini from a bag in the boot. "Let's go!" I squealed.
I went into a nearby bathroom to change. It was so freaky, so quiet, so deserted. Ever had the feeling that there may be someone standing behind the door? Imagine that, but five times worse. A majority of the doors were creaking and extremely old, the toilet bowls' were cracked and so were the sinks. I got dressed as quickly as I could, then went out to meet Liam.
I couldn't see him, so I waded into the water slowly. Then my back was suddenly freezing. I screamed and turned around to see Liam grinning cheekily.
"I'm going to kill you Li!" I exclaimed, then ran over.
"You'll have to catch me first!" Then he dove under.
I closed my eyes and started to swim. "OMG it's so cold!" I said.
Liam popped his head up and laughed. I poked my tongue out and splashed him.
"Payback!" I laughed.
I lay on the beach, staring at the clouds, and eating chips. "Ooh!" I pointed. "That one looks like a heart!"
Liam smiled at me. "So it does." He kissed me lightly.
I grabbed another chip out of the bag and lay back down. "I want a tan." I complained.
"You're perfect, just the way you are." Liam told me.
"I love you." I smiled at him.
"I love you too."
