Acting is my forte. It's my favorite thing. That is until Peter Rain got the lead role as Romeo and I got Juliet.

Do you know that feeling that you get while doing something you love? Hitting a homerun, writing a new chapter of your book, putting the finishing touches on your masterpiece, finally hitting that high note to your favorite song. That feeling?

Mine comes when I step out onstage in front of a crowd. When the words roll off of my tongue without thinking because I've memorized them for months. The beautiful scenery of the set that stands behind me. The detailed costumes that everyone wears on stage to play the roll of the character. The people who have learned the traits of the characters and who have possessed the character inside of them. When the scenes are over and the crowd cheers and the sound of hands clapping together in such a fast pace.

Acting is my forte. It's my favorite thing. That is until Peter Rain got the lead role as Romeo and I got Juliet.
