"I pick....Luke." I said. I looked at the both of them and Luke had a huge smile on his face and Calum looked sad but also angry. And my guess that Calum was angry was right because he stormed off.
"Kara you should go check on Calum." Luke said.
"What? What makes you think I want to go check on Calum?" I asked trying not to sound as though I was worried.
"Because I can tell you're worried." He said.
"No really I'm fine I just worry a lot." I said.
"Well you shouldn't. I'm not saying you shouldn't worry I'm just saying you shouldn't worry as much." He said.
"Ya I guess I-" I was about to continue when I heard a loud smash. I looked up at Luke and he just nodded. "Thanks." I said standing on my toes and kissing his cheek. I then quickly started to try and find the source of the smash.
I soon came into the living room and saw a vase was laying broken on the floor. I looked at it and followed the feet by it and came face to face with an angry Calum.
"Calum what do you think you're doing?" I asked.
"It broke by itself." He said angrily.
"Ok I'm sorry I didn't pick you but that doesn't mean you can go around and break vases in other peoples houses." I said.
"Why do you care about me apparently Luke means more to you." He said.
"No I chose Luke because our friendship means more to me than anything and because I don't really see you in that way." I said.
"Really what about our date? Did you feel nothing? Or what because I did! Kara you know I love you!" He yelled.
"Well I'm sorry to say that you're more of a brother to me!" I yelled back at him.
"Kara you don't understand how long I've liked you!" He yelled.
"Really you haven't really showed it!" I yelled.
"What do you mean I've always been there for you!" He yelled back.
"Oh really! How about when I was being shoved into lockers where were you? Or how about when I was a social outcast and everyone including YOU made fun of me?!" I yelled.
"I never made fun of you!" He said defensively.
"Ya right I can count numerous times when you did!" I yelled crossing my arms.
"What ever Kara." He said walking past me to the front door.
"Where do you think you're going?" I asked.
"Out of your life." He said.
"W-what?" I managed to stutter out.
"Kara or friendship isn't going to be the same now so it's better if we just break our friendship." He said.
"Calum you can't just leave my life, come back and then just leave again." I said.
"I don't care just leave me alone and just don't talk to me." He said then angrily slamming the door behind him.
I stood there in shock just starring at the door hoping he'd come back and say "It was all a joke." It wasn't a funny joke but I'd laugh anyways. Soon I realized he wasn't coming back and the tears started to roll down my face.
"Kara are you ok?" I heard Luke ask.
"I have to go find him." I manged to choke out of me through the tears. I tried to move my feet but they felt as though they were glued to the floor.
"Kara it's probably would be best to let him be for a bit. Remember when he would get mad as a kid it's better to let him cool down." Michael said.
"But you don't understand this isn't like then he's not coming back." I said.
"Well Kara maybe you should calm down before you fins him." Luke said.
"No I can't wait he's gonna do something stupid I know." I said finally being able to move my feet. I quickly walked to the door I was almost out when I felt someone grab my wrist. I turned my head and saw Luke.
"Luke please let me go I need to find him or-" Than Luke smashed his lips to mine. First I was shocked then I gave in. I soon pulled away and looked down at the ground embarrassed.
"Kara you don't have to be embarrassed." Luke said titling my head up to look at him.
"I know but can I please go now?" I asked.
"Fine but try not to get hurt." He said letting go of my wrist.
"I wont I promise I'll try and be back soon." I said running to the sidewalk looking down till I saw a tiny Calum moving.
"Calum!" I yelled but he just kept walking. When I was just a couple feet behind him I called him again. "Please Calum stop!" I yelled.
"Kara I told you to leave me alone." He said turning around and stopping.
"I don't care just please come back." I pleaded.
"No just leave me alone." Calum said shoving me. I looked up and all I saw was Calum's face and a pair of headlights just before everything went black.
