Later that night, Jone was exhausted that she refused to go out with Henri and his new girlfriend. She stayed at her place with Mac just watching some movies on tv. Mac had asked her to massage his back and she did. He took off his shirt and lay flat on his stomach, Jone stood up and started to massage his back.
"Really Jone? Standing up while giving a massage?"
"What do you want me to do anyway?" she asked.
"Sit on top of me so I could feel the pressure of what your doing. You seem to be just pinching my back." He complained.
"Okay," she sat on his back and started once more, this time putting all energy on her hand. As she moved down his lower body she sat on top of his butt and went on with what she was doing for about fifteen minutes, then Mac said it was her turn. "I'm fine really."
"You're ticklish?" he asked.
"I'm not," Jone answered.
Mac suddenly turne and Jone quickly stood up. He sat up and pulled her down. "I'm giving you a free massage."
He was not in for a refusal so Jone sighed and nodded her head. He will find out soon! "Should I keep my shirt on?" she asked.
"You can take it off," he answered. "I've seen almost all parts of your body so you have nothing to be ashamed of."
"Okay," and she took off her shirt wearing only her bra, and exposing her huge geisha tattoo on her back. She lay tummy down on the sofa and Mac sat carefully on top of her making sure not to crush her with his weight and started to massage her.
"I'm really good at this," he bragged. "Dad always calls for me whenever he wants a massage."
"Nice," she observed. "I can see now why he always calls for you."
"Even my brothers, I'm their masseuse. I told dad to open a massage place and I'll run the company and do the massage myself."
"What did your dad say?" he was really good with what he was doing. His hands was moving to her lower back now and her heart pounded faster.
"He said he didn't have plans of opening a massage company at all."
The two of them laughed and Mac's laughter died down just as he stopped his massage and run his thumb in the middle of Jone's lower back. There he saw it finally.
"You tattooed my name?" he asked.
Jone couldn't tell from his voice if he was happy, surprised, or whatever he was feeling. "Yes I did," she answered.
"Since when?" he asked moving away from on top of her.
"Five years ago," she answered and sat up. She took her shirt and put it on.
"You never said anything," he looked at her, his eyes watery.
She studied him closely. "Are you crying?"
"Why didn't you tell me Jone?"
"I didn't want you to know."
"You didn't want me to know that you love me? Because I swear, you would never have my name tattooed and go on having boyfriends like that tattoo doesn't exist at all." He sat down beside her.
Sighing, she decided it was time he know how she truly felt. "I started to like you in high school, the very first day we became friends. But you were always surrounded with the beautiful girls, and I'm not the type who would come up front and tell a guy I like him. So I fell in love with you day by day we were together, in silence, only me and Kate knows." she paused. Mac was listening intently, his face softened. "In college, Kate told me to tell you how I feel. I was scared, I didn't want our friendship at risk so I told Kate that telling you will never happen."
"You are so stubborn," he spoke.
"Did you even plan telling me before?" she asked.
"Yes, but like you said I wouldn't put our friendship at risk."
Jone smiled. "Then we went our separate ways, and I had different boyfriends by then, but I always missed you and always longed to see you. So I tattooed your name, as a mark of the firs person I ever loved who will never be mine. My boyfriend that time asked me who Mark Aaron Cyrus was, I told them you were a special friend that I will never forget. We get into fights about it, he even asked me to erase your name. I told him I'd rather break up with him than erase your name. So we broke up. Then Hadi came, he asked who you were I told him my best friend and he never asked anything after that."
"So you were loving all these years?" he asked in disbelief.
"You can say that," she answered. "I didn't have plans of letting you know about this tattoo, and I didn't even expect us to be in a relationship."
Mac threw himself on top of her, his arms circling her body as he slowly lay her on the sofa and kissed her. Jone closed her eyes, as his tongue darted into her mouth urging her to open while she obediently did. She was fully aware that the only thing she was wearing was her bra, and she could feel Mac's naked upper body against her. He cupped her breast with his hand and she gasped, pushing herself towards him her body begging him to take all of her. Mac was now trailing kisses down her neck when his mobile suddenly rang.
"Are you going to get that?" she asked, praying he wouldn't.
"No, it can wait." he answered, and was now trailing kisses on the lines of her bra, leaving her skin tingling and her nipples taut.
But the phone didn't stopped ringing, or when it stopped it ranged again.
"I think you should answer that Mac,"
"Yeah I think I do," he stopped then stood up making a heavy sigh. Jone grinned to herself as he answered the call.
"What is it?" he asked in a hard voice.
Jone put on her shirt and looked at Mac who motioned her to wait for him in there as he went to the balcony and closed the door behind him. She stood up and went to the kitchen to get herself a glass of water, when she got back Mac still was at the balcony. So she changed the channels on the tv undecided which program to watch.
Five minutes later Mac came in, he placed his phone on the center table and sat beside her. He threw his arms around her and said, "I love you Jone."
"I love you too Mac,"
He looked at her and smiled. "I thought you'd never say that."
"I don't think I could still hold back." she answered.
Mac kissed her forehead. "Whatever happens Jone, I want you to know that I truly love you. Okay?"
She looked at him quizzical. "Who called you? And why are you suddenly saying that?"
"Oh, just someone from the office," he answered siging. "I need to attend to some business next week, and I'm afraid I can't come together with you to Violetrock."
"What?!" she asked moving away from him.
"Just give me a week Jone, I promise to be there with you after I settle this thing."
"But I thought you're coming with me," she said in a sad voice.
Mac pulled her to him and gave her a light kiss on the lips. "I promise you I will be there okay?"
"Well what could I do," she answered sighing.
"Don't go back to Violetrock." he told her.
"I can't do that, I need to find a replacement before I leave the company, you know the drill Mac."
He sighed. "Okay then. Wait for me there okay?"
She trusted Mac, and he was always true to his words.
