We had to clean up almost the entire house. We had destroyed a lot during the night and I was almost ashamed. Louis was just amused and he didn't care that some things had to be thrown.
"I have too many possessions anyway." he said and laughed. "It was so long ago I had a relationship that I don't remember how crazy I can be."
I looked at him.
"Have you had relationship before?"
He nodded and gave me a light kiss.
"But she wasn't at all as you are."
I blushed and became curious.
Louis hesitated. He looked at me for long and almost seemed to hesitate whether he wanted to tell me something.
"Let's just say that she didn't understand how to be a vampire."
"Lou, I don't even know how to be?"
He just smiled and hugged me easy.
"Sweetheart, I think you behave quite well. You try anyway?"
I smiled and hugged him back.
When we finished, I went out into the yard and sat in the sunshine. The neighbour came out and she watered her flowers again. This time I was measured in blood. I barely reacted over her that heart pecked or that I heard how her blood ran into her vein. I wondered if I would say hi to her, but she didn't seem to talk to a single person. She looked askance at me and seemed not at all amused that I was there.
"She doesn't like me." I heard Louis say and he came and sat beside me on the grass. "She heard us in this night and I guess she didn't like it."
"You mean she knows about what we did?"
He laughed and took his arm around my shoulders.
"No, she doesn't know that we're vampires, but she heard that we had sex. You sounded pretty much."
I looked away and felt like an idiot. I realized that we had to calm down.
"Will it always be like this?" I asked uncertainly. Louis smiled and he gave me a kiss on the cheek.
"Well, when you get the blood it's as if all the latches release, and we become like mad."
I looked at him again.
"So we have to move?"
He didn't understand why I wanted it.
"We have a good house here?"
"Louis, once maybe she'll call the police and how do you defend yourself when we bite each other?"
"Are you saying that she will call them?"
"And then I don't know what to say. We can't just admit that we are vampires who drink blood and have sex. They wouldn't understand."
Louis looked into my eyes and he sighed lightly.
"So you don't want to stay there?"
I shook my head.
"The school will suspect that there's something wrong with me and my mom doesn't care anymore if I'm there or not."
I saw at Louis that he wasn't sure. He looked at me and he was ponder over my demand.
"You will feel the same when we moved."
"Can't we choose a country house, I mean, where no one hears us when we drink blood and do what we do?"
Louis nodded a little bit.
"If it's your wish, I will obey you. Just promise me you wont to move all the times something happens?"
Niall, Zayn, Harry and Liam came and helped us. Louis ordered so that we finished everything at school and he found a country house. I felt more relieved to get away from the old life. I knew that we were doing right and I knew that we had to hide our dark side from everyone else.
In the new house we had more room and I loved it instantly. Niall papered the walls, Harry and Zayn painted and Louis did so that the outside was okay. I chose to pick things up and I took the furniture in so that we would be finished.
In the evening came Perrie and Sophia. They were impressed and seemed to like the house.
"You will like it here." Perrie said, smiling at me. "Louis said you didn't want to stay in the city?"
"No, I think we are safer here."
She laughed a little bit.
"You are a Vampire? There should be other way around. You should feel safe and you shouldn't be ashamed of who you are."
I looked at her and smiled weakly.
"But it's new and I don't know yet how I'll handle it."
Perrie sat down and watched me closely.
"You are quite unusual as a person. Other girls would have loved to become immortal and enjoyed."
"I enjoy it?"
She shook her head quickly.
"No Emelie! You are afraid and uncertain. I see at you that you aren't yet sure of how you should be and you can't handle everything you feel."
I wanted to say so much more to her, but realized that I should be quiet. The truth was that I was still unsure. I had wanted that Louis had asked me if I wanted to be a vampire, instead of making me into a vampire, and think I was happy.
