I know I'm bad

Everyone knew Ginger was messed up. That is why the police station decided to come up with a plan that will hopefully help Ginger. They sent her to church, and they scheduled a time for her to go to the police station once every week for her to understand what's right and wrong. When she ends up falling for the young, good-looking officer that is forbidden…What will she do? And will she soon realize her mistakes? Or stick to her own ways?

5. I Know I'm bad #5

 "Yea, she trained in-"

I elbowed David in the stomach before he could finish the sentence. He let out a groan.

I walked towards the guys that were passed out on the ground as the police came to investigate. They still had an pulse, which is good.

"See I told you I didn't kill them!" I exclaimed loudly enough for almost everyone in the building to turn they're heads and glare at me. I muttered an 'oops' as I made my way back to Zach. I could get used to Zach. He could be like my buddy now. Cause it seems like I'm going to spend a lot of my time in jail from now on.

I held out my hands in front of Zach like I knew he was about to arrest me. Instead he took my hand in his and lead me to his car.

He finally let go of my hand as we were standing in front of his car. I walked to the right corner of the car and gave him an confused look. "Get in" he ordered with a roll of his eyes.

    "In the front?"

"Do you think I'm going to arrest you."

"I get to spend more time with you," I winked. "So, of course I was hoping you was going to arrest me." He rolled his eyes. I was just  trying to lighten him up a little bit. I guess I could try one more time. "Do you have a girlfriend?"

He walked over to where I was and kept eye contact with me and opened the door to his car still keeping his eyes on mine. "Get in," he said with an cold voice, gesturing towards the open door.

Ok, so he's still mad, I thought. I put my hands in the air and smiled up at him. "I'm sorry, I didn't know a simple qui-" I started.

  "Get in."

I rolled my eyes but, managed to keep an smile on my face. I got in and he closed the door behind me. "Aww, what an gentlemen," I whispered for only myself to hear. I laughed at my own little joke. Zach doesn't look like an gentlemen. He has that rough and tired look like he works all day and night. He has brown short hair but, his eyes caught my attention the first time I laid my own eyes on him. His eyes is brown and I can't describe his eyes as light brown or dark brown, it's like it changes from light to dark. It's the most prettiest eyes I ever saw on a guy.

He got in the car and turned the key into ignition. I glanced at him just so I could see his eyes one more time. Instead of an glance I was staring at him…probably for way to long. Look away, I told myself.

Zach's face turned an shade of red and I just realized I made him blush. "You blush way to easy," I giggled. Wait…did I just giggle?

He smirked and parked outside of an small trailer. "This is my place. Get out."

"Dang. Bossy much?" I got out slamming the door closed. "Ok. Why aren't we going back to he station?"

"The sheriff trust me with you and I need more answers out of you." He walked up the porch and gestured me to follow him.

I walked in to find his place surprisingly clean. "You know, Zach. Me and you are the same." I said looking around.

"And can you explain how?" He asked giving me an plain look from the recliner. Is he always this grumpy? I asked myself.

"You're an jerk most of the time…I'm an jerk most of the time." I tried to think more but, couldn't come up with anything. "And yea. The only difference is I'm spontaneous and fun. As in you, you're grumpy and laid back."

"Are you trying to offend me, Ginger? And theres only one thing we have an common and that makes us the same?"

"You don't really like me, do you Zach?" I rolled my eyes still observing the place.

   "Please, sit down."

I sat down across from him and gave him my half smile.

"Why did you shoot those men?"

"They wasn't men. They're boys stuck in men's bodies." I looked down making funny hand gestures. I glanced up at him and he wore an confused expression.

                                          Zach's POV.

"What?" I don't understand most of the things that come out of her mouth. When I try to get serious answers from her, I only end up with humorous answers.

"In other words they work for David. They. Are. Stupid." she said emphasizing each word and I almost laughed…almost. "They deserved it."
