"Uncle Rudy! I'm here!" I yell when I walk into his dojo.
"Riley? Is that you?" Rudy asks when he walks out of his office.
"Yeah," I say.
"Riley!!!" he screams. He runs over and hugs me and spins me around.
"Hey uncle Rudy!" I say.
"Guys! Come here!" he yells to the people in the room, "This is my niece Riley, Riley this is Kim, Jerry, Milton, and Jack." He points to them when he says their name.
"So this is your dojo," I say.
"Yup, you still do karate?" he asks.
"Want me to show you?" I ask.
"Sure, spar Milton," he says. I pull my shoes off, so I don't hurt him too much.
He throws a punch, and I grab it and flip him onto the mat.
"Spar Jerry?" he says it like it's a question.
Jerry kicks, I block it. He punches I block it. I pull a flying side kick to his chest and he falls.
"Kim," Rudy says.
She kicks and I block it. She punches and I block it. I kick and she grabs my ankle, and I spin and make her fall.
"Jack, your turn," Rudy says. I smirk.
He punches and kicks and I easily block them all.
I punch and he blocks it.
"You probably shouldn't have done that," he says. I grab his wrist and I quickly side underneath his legs and flip him over, he quickly gets up, and I roundhouse kick him. He falls.
"H-how did you b-beat Jack?!" Rudy asks.
"From great practice comes great reward," I say.
"What degree are you?" Jack asks me.
"Second," I say proudly.
"And you beat Jack?" Jerry asks.
"Did mention, I only need to master one more move, and I will get my third degree?" I ask. I swear their jaws all hit the floor, "Take a picture, it lasts longer." I shove my boots back on.
"You have to teach me that move!" Jerry says.
"Which one?" I ask.
"Let's go to Phil's," Kim suggests.
"Sure!" they all agree, and go change.
"W'do gurl?" Jerry says when he comes out. I act like I'm walking away, but so quickly turn around and kick his chest... again.
"Don't call me gurl," I say. Jack runs up and puts an arm around my shoulders.
"No one has ever beaten me, your pretty good!" Jack says to me.
"Thanks, you are too," I say.
"We should hang out sometime," he says. He holds open the door to Phil's for me.
"Thanks," I say when I walk through the door, "Jack, are you asking me out in a date?"
"Maybe..," he says.
I giggle a bit, then say, "Sure, I'd love that."
"Tomorrow after practice?" he asks.
"Sure," I say.
"Look, it's Jack. Who's this Jack?" a curly, red haired freak says.
"Riley, and you are?" I say rather rudely.
"Sweetheart, don't be so rude, it's not becoming if you," he says.
"Don't tell me what I can and cannot do," I say, "And don't call me Sweetheart!"
He throws a punch and I block it. I grab his wrist and slide underneath him, just like what I did with Jack. When he gets up, I kick him in the face.
"Bitch!" he says.
"Don't call her that," Jack says.
Frank stands back up and Jack and I kick him at the same time, making him fly backward.
"Black Dragons!" He yells. Jack and I just walk outside, but I quickly send a kick flying back at him, and it hits square in the middle of his face, making his nose bleed. The Black Dragons start attacking. I pick off a few.
"Jack! A little help here please?!" I yell at him.
We end up back to back, and I wrap our arms together.
"What are you doing?!" he yells.
"Just lean forward and spin!" I say. He does exactly as I say, and I kick every single one of them in their face, and they run off.
"What happened?" Kim asks when Jerry, Milton and her come out.
"Just kicked some Black Dragon butt! That was awesome Riley!" Jack says. We high five, and we all head back to Phil's.
