"Let me get that for you," A British voice mumbled.
"Oh thank you," I said looking up to give the voice a smile. I stopped in my tracks.
"I-I...I'm Maria," I struggled with a small smile as I blushed a deep red. The boy laughed.
"I'm Harry, very nice to meet you, Maria is a beautiful name," He nodded, walked past me, and out the door.
I looked back at him, his beautiful brown hair shining in the sunlight.
Damn, the boys in Holmes Chapel were beautiful.
I let out a shaky breath and turned back to the cafe I had made my way into, the boys green eyes still stuck in my head.
"How can I help?" A short blonde woman asked.
"Uh a mocha frapacheno?" I asked, smiling politely.
The lady smiled back, I paid, and waited at one of the small tables.
I was meeting an old friend here.
The blonde lady came up to me with my drink and the cafe door opened with a ding. "
"Maria?" I knew who it was by his voice.
"Zayn!" I jumped up, leaving my drink on the table and hugging him tightly, his leather jacket warm from the sun, the scent of cigarettes floating off him.
"It's good to see you, liking it here so far?" He laughed and hugged back.
I pulled away and sat down, him sitting across from me.
"Of course, I've wanted to move here my whole life," I told him, looking out the window at the streets.
"I have something for you," Zayn reached into his pocket and pulled out a small wrapped box.
He slid it across the table and I held it carefully in my hands.
"I can't accept this.. I didn't get you anything," I sighed and gave him a concerned look.
"I don't care, I wasn't expecting anything anyway, open it," Zayn pleaded.
I rolled my eyes and laughed as I began to slowly rip the paper from the box.
"Hurry up!" He yelled playfully and laughed quietly.
I opened the box and my eyes immediately widened.
"Oh Zayn.. You shouldn't of..." I spoke under my breath. A beautiful bracelet with diamonds and gold, a key attached to it.
"It's so... So.. It's amazing.." I could barely breathe. Zayn laughed and smiled.
"Let's go for a ride, I've got a new Harley, it's the best," He mumbled.
I nodded and slipped the bracelet onto my wrist.
"I brought you a helmet," Zayn said as he plopped the helmet onto my head.
"Thanks haha this is a great motorcycle," I ran a hand over the red-silver like color.
Zayn sung his leg over the motorcycle and sat down.
"Get on," Zayn mumbled as he started the bike.
I plopped on and wrapped myself around him.
The engine roared as we drove down the road, I wind cold on my arms.
We rode for at least two hours before Zayn dropped my off at home.
"It was awesome to see you again Maria," He said with a smile as he hugged me once more.
I smiled and squeezed him tightly.
"I'll see you tomorrow?" I whispered softly, opening the house door.
Zayn nodded and pulled his helmet on.
I closed the door and sighed deeply.
What a day.
The house was empty, my roommate must've gone out, she's my best friend.
I went into the kitchen, a note on the fridge and a pizza box on the counter.
I quickly jumped in excitement and ran over to the box, opening it and grabbing a piece.
I grabbed the note and read over it.
'Hey Maria, Sandra here, I met this really cute boy named Niall and we've gone out! Call me if you need anything xx' I laughed and put the note back onto the fridge.
I thought to myself for a moment and found myself going upstairs to my room and turning on the TV.
I picked up my phone and dialed Louis' number.
It rang only once before he answered.
"Hey Maria, what's up? It's 11:30" His voice was musky and I knew he had just woken up.
"Did I wake you?" I laughed a bit, holding my blanket close around me.
Louis cleared his throat.
"Uh of course not," He mumbled.
"Come watch The Walking Dead with me, Sandra isn't here tonight," I sighed and pouted, even though I knew he couldn't see me.
"On my way! I need to chance up on that anyway," His voice was excited and he hung up before I could say good bye.
I laughed to myself and shook my head, getting up to make popcorn.
"Helloooo," Louis' voice shouted from the door.
"YAY Hiii I'll be upstairs in a moment, you can start without me," I cheered as I poured the popcorn into a bowl.
I heard his feet run up the stairs and quickly followed behind him.
"How was seeing Zayn today?" Louis asked, taking a small handful of popcorn, I turned off the lights and a pressed the play button.
"It was great, look at what he got me," I put my wrist out and Louis' jaw dropped.
"Beautiful," He snickered to himself.
I rolled my eyes and looked at the TV.
The door opened and Sandra walked in at around five in the morning, Louis passed out on my lap.
"Hi Sandra," I screamed, she screamed back a hello before I drifted to sleep.
