10. Water Trampolines + A/N

Ella lay in my arms, our arms pressed against each other as I played with her fingers. I tilted my head to the side, pressing a kiss to her forehead as she cuddled closer to me. These are the moments I loved most with her. Believe me, the sex was amazing but these moments were better. They meant something more to me.

"I never got to do what I wanted." Ella pouted, letting out a sigh as she let her hand drop onto my torso.

"Yeah, I know." I frowned, wrapping both arms around her as our legs tangled together.

"Can I? I miss him so much!" She spoke and I felt a tear wet my chest. I creased my eyebrows, looking down at her. Her lip quivered, her eyes full of water and it was obvious she was trying to stay brave.

"Baby, I'm not holding you back. I'll be there for you and maybe afterwards, we can go to the club or something!" I suggested, as her smile returning. She nodded enthusiastically. She sat up in my arms and I groaned, her body no longer near mine. I heard her faint laugh emit into the room, my smile pulling at my own lips. Her laugh was melodious and beautiful, but thats not what I loved. She had the sweet, beautiful laugh. The small giggle, and last. Last she had the outrageous, loud laugh where she couldn't breath and began clapping her hands like a seal. The third was always my favorite, you couldn't help but laugh along.

"I'm going to change and we'll go?" She asked as I nodded, watching as she stood up.

Ellas PoV

I yelped as Marcel's hand made contact with my bum. I laughed, hurrying towards the closet and pulling out a fresh outfit. I looked out the window, smiling as I realized the spring weather had finally arrived. Then another thought clouded my mind. Marcel and I had been so consumed by the troubles of Florida that I had skipped right through his twentieth birthday. I sighed, already formulating a plan in my head. I'd give him an amazing birthday, and he'd love everything. I smiled to myself, pulling off my t-shirt and pulling my outfit on. A pair of tight black denim shorts and a neon yellow v-neck. I loved it, even more so when Marcel complained about the shorts being to shorts which in my case, he did just now.

"Those shorts? Those short, short shorts?"

"Babe, I'm pretty sure the point of shorts are to be well...short." I smiled, sticking my tongue out at him. He smiled, playfully rolling his eyes as I pulled my hair into a low ponytail. It took only a few minutes to apply eyeshadow and mascara and soon we were out the door. The drive took a couple hours in which I slept in the passenger seat but soon we pulled into a driveway.

I felt Marcels hand gently shake my shoulder as I slowly awoke. I looked out the window, and tears immediately flooded my eyes. To my advantage, none fell but the feelings still stirred within me. I got slowly out of the car, Marcel getting out and quickly assisting my side.

"Marcel, I think it's best if you stayed in the car. You two never had a good relationship." I spoke sympathetically. I could feel him tense and hesitate before reluctantly trailing back into the car. I gave a faint smile, taking a breath and urging myself forward. I climbed up the few steps, hesitating before knocking the door. I waited a few moments,  before turning to head back to the car. As I was descending the steps, I heard the door open.

"Ella?" His deep, raspy voice spoke. I flew around, my eyes wide and my jaw dropped.

"Harry?" I questioned, still in shock the guy I missed so dearly was standing in front of me. His eyes were bright, the light sparkling off them as he wrapped his arms tightly around me, enveloping me in a hug I never wanted to be released from. He had definitely been working out. He smelled of fresh mint, and a slight hint of body wash and I have to admit it was just as mesmerizing at Marcels scent. We held the hug for a few minutes before Harry pulled away, pressing a kiss to my forehead. He still hadn't seen Marcel.

"I missed you so much!" He exclaimed, as I looked up tearful with a nod.

"Why are you crying?" He asked concerned as a smile sweeped onto my lips.

"I missed you so much!" I repeated, pressing him into another tight hug.

"Aw! I missed you more! Would you like to come in?" He asked as I shifted on my feet awkwardly.

"Yeah just let me go get something from my car." I lied with a smile, hurrying back to my car.

"Marcel, can you head home? I'll have Harry take me home!" I asked, a pleading look in my eyes. I could tell he wouldn't allow it but to my surprise he compromised. He nodded, pressing his lips to mine quickly before moving back into the drivers seat, starting the car and driving off.

"Whoops, my phone was in my pocket." I laughed awkwardly as Harry chuckled, nodding as I was led inside.

"It's been so lonely without you! I considered calling to apologize for acting like a dick but I lost your number!" He hurried to mention as I smiled. What he did was water under the bridge. I was just happy to have him here. With me.

"I should have visited sooner but I was scared you wouldn't want to see me!" I admitted sheepishly.

"I'd want to see you no matter what! You know that! Speaking of seeing people, you look even more beautiful then the last time I saw you!" He smiled as a blush crept onto my cheeks.

"I have to say, you don't look any worse either!" I smiled, placing my hand on his upper arm and giving a quick squeeze. Damn, muscles!

"Yeah, I began working out." He confessed as I eyed him. It definitely showed off.

"So what would you like to do? We could go out somewhere?"

"Sure." I agreed quickly, willing to do anything with him.

"Hm...I heard they put water trampolines out in the ocean! Want to go and get on those for a while!"

"Sure!" I smiled and we were off.
