Ok I'm in collage.... AND on a diet, Calorie counting. So most people think oh there went all of her calorie count since there is posibly only a microwave and cafateria food since she lives in a dorm... WRONG WAY WRONG. I barely come out of my dorm becouse I had found MANY things that you can make IF you have the right tools AND SOME OF MY RESIPIES USES VEGAN COMPONIES! Also most of my resipies has eye meserments since I need to tweek some of them. :)

6. Ceasey chicken & veg Crock pot pie discovered 4/16/2014


It is one of those dishes that is comforting and delectable when trying to clean out the rest of those meals that you have at the end of the submester.

calorie count; entire meal, 577 cal

What you need

1 Lean quazine; Brocolii cheese and potato (one container)

2 taco shells (i use ChiCHi's mini totillas)

1 laughing cow Chipotele cheese wedge

4 nugets of Morning star farms promisan chicken

1 cup of vegtible of choice (I had grean beans)

5 Club mini crackers

Crock pot

What you do

1 cook the Lean Quazinie as prepared and place 1 taco scell in the crock pot

2 place chese wedge pirectly on shell and crush crackers onto it.

3 cook 4 nugets on a seprite plate or parchmet paper as directed

4 open and strain vegtible container so just a little bit of juce is left and cook as directed

5.Cut or pull apart chicken and place them with the Lean Quazine, and Vegtible in taco shell and STIR WELL let everything coat OTHER than the taco shell at the bottom

6 place top shell on top and cut a few holds and cover the pot with a lid and let it cook

7 let the pot pie cool and enjoy
