The following morning, the couple took a walk through their home town of Hogsmead, as they always do on a Saturday morning in the Winter. They came across a peculiar statue in the town square, that neither of them had ever seen before. It was a statue of an Albus Dumbledore. Not like a stature of a hero, but rather a popular and worshipped old man, much to Harry's annoyance! Ginny didn't mind so much, the only that was bothering her was the fact that Dumbledore had died just over three years ago! Why had the statue only just been erected? And how come they hadn't seen it carved? It must have taken quite a while, even with the help magic, but even so, that would have only taken no more that nine months...? Surely...? What if...?
Ginny couldn't talk - she was been muted. Harry saw the man that obviously didn't want her talking about a famed wizard like Dumbledore. He quickly whipped out his wand, aimed and cast Expelliarmus and sent the enemies wand flying through the air. It landed in a small puddle near Harry's foot. The black-cloaked and dark-hooded enemy turned and ran. He must have either been scared off by the spell, or recognized Harry. Knowing common town folk - probably both!
