3. The Sorting Ceremony
After that, all of them went to Olivanders and bought a perfect wand for me and then got all the text books and cauldrons I needed. Then I went to Hogwarts and I followed all the first years into the Great Hall and listened to all the things professor McGonagall said. I then stood in a huge line to be sorted into one of the houses called Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. The students only with the bravest qualities went in Gryffindor. In Hufflepuff went the kindest of all. The students with the greatest wit went in Ravenclaw. And in Slytherin went students who were only pure bloods and the one with the scariest deeds on their name. I was soooo worried of which house I will get sorted into and I started muttering to myself , “Not Slytherin, Gryffindor, I want to be in Gryffindor, not in Slytherin.”
It was finally my turn to have the sorting at placed on my head and I stumbled up the stairs and sat on the stool.” Where should I place you” whispered the sorting hat “ Hmmmm, let’s see here, talent, oh yes, very much bravery, and a certain disregard for rules. I place you in…….. GRYFFINDOR!!!!!!!
