While we are running I hear a tiny voice in the back of my head and realized that I was running faster than him. That gave me an idea.
"Hey, come here," he ran to me, trying to catch his breath.
"I can't take much more of this," he looked at me and saw I wasn't even sweating. "How can you do this? You're not have never shifted, let alone learn to do this everyday," he said as if I could change it.
"Just hear me out kid, ok?" I asked him and he looked at me.
"I am listening," he said without the slightest bit of sarcasm.
"I can get us out of here, quite easily in fact, but you'll have to trust me," he raised an eyebrow.
"Do you want to know why I am a rogue first?" I thought it over, me traveling with a pack rogue, it may be in my best interests to know.
"Sure, but first let me tell you how I can get us out of here," I explained, and he nodded. "I am going to have to pick you up, and fly us out of here," I explained, and he laughed.
"You sure you can carry me," out of impulse I wrapped my arms around a huge oak tree and pulled it, roots and all out of the ground; I threw it. His eyebrows was trying to escape, he shook his head.
"Ok, my turn. I was part of the pack that broke into your home earlier, but when I caught your scent," he was walking to me and he leaned in, to smell me throat. "It marked me, we, wolves get marked by other wolves by their scent, when we find our mates," he explained as he showed me a set of Angel wings on his neck, a burn.
