- Delilah's POV -
Stupid alarm clock, can't it just leave me alone?
I drag myself out of bed and head over to my closet.
I put on my ripped, denim shorts, black vans, and a "The Who" t-shirt.
What can I say? I'm not the type to... dress up.
I brush out my hair and put it in a loose, pull-through bun with an elastic headband. I plop back onto my bed and almost fall back asleep until I hear my window slide open.
I sit up to find Niall climbing through my window.
Niall and I are best mates, and neighbors. We climb through eachother's windows because sometimes we stay overnight at eachother's houses without permission. Whoops.
"Come on dork we're gonna be late." Niall says, jokingly, grabbing my hand and pulling me off my bed.
"Niiiiiiiiiiiiall." I begged.
"What." he responded, turning around.
"Carry me." I insisted.
Niall always carries me, it's a thing.
"Fine." he said, and I jumped on his back, skateboard in hand.
After we skated to school together- yes, I'm a skater girl. And yes, I get teased about it. Niall is really my only friend...
Anyway, after we skated to school, the teasing began.
"Hey freak! Why even bother to show up?" Juliet yelled at me.
Juliet is the head cheerleader, and she absolutely hates my guts.
Niall put his arm around my shoulders.
"Don't listen to her Del." Niall whispered to me.
It's hard sometimes though.
Everyone is so mean.
While Niall and I walk to our lockers, I hear insult after insult.
"What's up, freak?"
"You're such a dork!"
I'm so glad Niall is in all of my classes. I don't know what I'd do without him...
