5. Hard work is Happy Work

The first day of work and there stands Alar drunk looking over the slaves s they use the heavy machinery. Alar was never a respected man even when not drunk but he was a excellent business man and a even better smart talker "one man even refereed to him as silver tongued devil from royalty". Alar was hitting the scotch really hard and was in a Piss-Drunken mood he was yelling, singing and hitting whomever was close; Temish disproved of his actions but never had the time to handle it because he had a entire factory to run, and not enough time to handle Alar. Alar was pushing his limit when scarlet came to take his shift overseeing the slaves, Scarlet was never a abusive man towards his workers as William and Temish never paid attention to them Alar just plainly hated them and saw no humanity towards them as Scarlet saw them as workers with no pay but necessary workers of free pay and thought. Temish announced over the loud speakers and alerted all the slaves that the rest of the day was a free day for them but they had to finish the work they were doing. Alar was angered by this and booked it into Temish's office to complain but it got him nowhere considering Temish was the head boss and his word was law, Scarlet came in as Alar was mid-way through his rage and just sparked his anger to continue onward with race anger sprouts of hate and drunkenness. Scarlet and William talked Alar to retire back to his quarters and call it a night before something happened, Alar made his hate-rid clear after leaving the view of the others.
