We came out of the church and everyone threw rice over us. I felt that Louis was holding my hand and he laughed at all the people. I just wasn't sure and I felt like a little gray mouse. I wasn't happy, but I would play happy? Everyone took photos of us and a lot of other things happened. I just followed the stream and Louis didn't let go of my hand. He held it tightly and I understood that he didn't want to lose it. In the end, a car come up, that would drive us to the photographer. Then we would to the party.
We sat in the back-seat of the car and Louis let go of my hand. He waved to all the guests and then we left the area. I didn't know what to say and I looked down at my hands.
"Hi!" I heard Louis say and I looked up at him. He smiled at me and he looked so pleased.
He laughed a little bit and made sure my dress was right in the car. Then he stretched out his hand.
I smiled and took his hand in mine.
He laughed some more and watched me closely.
"You are more beautiful than I had expected."
"Thank you?" I got out of me and dropped his hand. I had no idea what we should talking about and I didn't know what to say.
"Now we're married!" he said happily. "The worst has been, and now we just going to have fun."
I swallowed and avoided his gaze.
Louis nodded and looked out the window.
"Yes, we are going to party and then we go to the hotel. Mamma booked a room for us overnight. Tomorrow we go to my aria and you will come to your new home."
"Are we going to sleep in a hotel room, In the same bed?"
He laughed and looked at me again.
"Why are you so surprised?"
"I read the letter!"
Louis understood why I was so hesitant. He smiled and looked at me closely. He didn't say much but seemed to think.
"I just wanted you to know the truth." he whispered. "I didn't want to enter into a marriage with lies and false hopes. I understand you're disappointed!"
I smiled a little bit and looked down at my hands again.
"I don't know what you demand of me. I'm on new ground and I have no idea .."
Louis silenced me by leaning against me and he kissed me lightly on the cheek.
"Live in the moment!" he whispered. "Don't worry about the future, but seize the day."
After the photographer, we went to the party and when we got there, everyone gathered outside the place. The car, we, went up like a king and queen to the door. Everybody was cheering and I saw how many curiously looked at us. Louis helped me out of the car and he waved to everyone. He took my hand and guided me to the party. I was almost surprised. The venue was absolutely lovely with flowers and candles everywhere. Our chairs were lined with white fabric and I was almost in tears. We went in and sat down in our seats. Louis let go of my hand and he seemed to look curiously at everyone who was there. I just sat quietly and I had Louis dad Troy beside me. On his second side sat Johannah and she gave me a reassuring glance and thumbs up. I smiled at her and then looked down at the table again. I felt like a puppet and I just wanted to vanish away.
My dad made a speech, mom gave speeches, Louis parents gave speeches and a lot of others. The food was good and I felt I really needed food in my stomach. There were treated to wine and other drinks. I had never got wine before and after a glass I felt a little happier. I realized that maybe it wasn't so stupid to marry Louis? He was good looking and what did it matter if he didn't love me? My parents were certainly not, ones when they married, in love and who cares? He was funny and he talked almost the whole time. I noted that he was social and he seemed to know everyone who was there.
Right as it was Louis took my hand and smiled at me.
"We'll be dancing a waltz. The wedding waltz..."
I got scared and froze.
"I can't dance!"
Louis stood up and made me do the same. He smiled reassuring to me and brought me out in the middle of the dance floor. He took one arm around my waist and the other he took my hand in. I was shaking and gently I put my hand around his shoulders. He looked into my eyes and seemed almost amused.
"Just follow me." he whispered, and I heard the music went on. Somehow, I don't have any idea how, he managed to bring me around on the floor. I didn't stomped him on his feet and we didn't make many mistakes. The whole time he looked into my eyes and actually tingled in my belly. I realized that my husband was handsome, he was really handsome and he was really more than I could have dreamed of.
Then we would cut the first piece of cake. Louis let me take the cake shovel and then he took his hand over mine and he smiled at me.
"Shall we cut it so we have done that part?"
I nodded and smiled at him. He brought my hand against the cake and we cut through it. The first piece he put up on a plate and he gave it to me.
"You deserve this!" he whispered with love in his voice. I couldn't let go of his eyes and I blushed slightly. God how wonderful he was!
I must admit that it was a perfect wedding. Everyone was happy and everyone was dancing. I got compliments from most of the guests and some girls seemed jealous of me. Actually, I felt like a beautiful woman, for once. I realized that this was perfect and that I would have a good life. I tried to walk around and talk to people, although I didn't know them. Some were cousins to Louis, he had siblings who talked with me and other relatives. I felt welcome into their family and I was just happy.
Right as it was came a curly haired guy approached to me. He had green eyes and he looked generally happy.
"Hi, I'm Harry!" he said kindly. I greeted him and tried to figure out who he was. He leaned slightly toward me and his lips ended up next to my ear.
"I'm Louis's boyfriend!"
