"Ughh!!" She screamed once again.
"Are you okay?" I asked my best friend Perrie.
"Yeah I'm fine, my base," She said pointing to her chemistry homework," has gone flat and is no longer helpful to me." I started walking towards her.
"Let me help," I said as I fingered over the solutions.
She stood there all amazed as the base had foamed and turned blue, like it was supposed to. "How did you do that?!"
I had a slight smirk on my face," I have no idea." And I was being honest.
She just sat looking at me with a strange look on her face.
"What?" I asked.
"I just don't understand you," she said. " you just understand everything, and you are good with plants..And homework."
I thought about it for a minute. I do understand most things people teach me, and I've always been able to do strange things with nature. "Yeah I guess you're right," I said after a while.
"Yeah be glad you can do what you do," she said as she walked out of my house.
I sat down in the kitchen nibbling on a small pear half. I fell asleep and was awoken by a small knock at the door. I rushed to get up and answer it.
"Hello?" I asked as I opened the door. I looked up and saw many men dressed in suits staring at me.
The front one asked," Are you Laurel Sewell?"
"Yes," I said wearily. The man in the front grabbed me by the arm and said," we have her now." into a microphone. I was shoved into a big, black car even after I struggled to get out of their grip. It didn't work.
I guess no one heard me screaming. All I could think was 'someone help?'
