I was walking from school after a long day. My name is Jenny. Jenny Kordos. I'm 16 years old. I'm 5"2' and weigh about 140 pounds. I love playing soccer. At school, I'm in Soccer Concentration which means we play soccer to learn new moves and practice for our games and I'm in my Talent Show. Now, it's 6:30pm and walking in the dark since it's winter and I had a soccer game. I was listening to music. I kept looking behind me since I'm very paranoid in the dark when I'm alone. But, I finally got to my steps of my house. I took my keys out, opened the door and walked in. I walked up the stairs and took my boots off on the sides since I live in a duplex with my two brothers and parents. I opened the inside door that leads into the hallway.
"Hi everyone," I smiled, putting my soccer bag in my room, "I'm back from my soccer game versus Letendre."
They were about to say something the breaking news came on. My mom immediately turned up the volume and listen carefully. They were saying something about recent killings. I've been hearing about these killings since Friday night and it's Wednesday. Weird thing is that the reporter said that it always happening at night, not during the day or morning. I was so lost. Was all the criminals release from jail and started killing people? No. The news showed us a picture of a victim that was killed. No shots. No nothing.
'How are they dead,' I thought, 'If there's no shots...?'
Then, I noticed something on the victim's neck. There was two holes that looked like bite marks. And the victim looked really pale as if his blood was suck completely dry. I was thinking that it was vampires, but there is no such thing as vampires.
"Holy shit," My brother, Kosta said, "That's scary as hell."
"You scared, Jenny?" My other brother, George said.
I nodded no. I'm really concerned on what's going on.
I prayed to God, asking what's going on with all the killing since Friday night, hoping for an answer as soon as possible. It's starting to really creep me out. I don't even feel like falling asleep now. But, I have to since I have school tomorrow.
"A lot of people will be talking about this at school tomorrow," I said to myself.
I lied down and looked at my ceiling, wondering what's going to happen to all of us. I was thinking for so long that I fell asleep on it.
