(One Week Later)
"Come on, time to get up," Justin says, gently shaking me awake. I open my eyes and give him a small smile. I sit up and stretch my arms up. I get up off the ally ground, and brush off. I feel a small cramp, but it quickly goes away. I pick up my bags, and settle the on my shoulders. Justin looks at me, "This really is no way to live," He states, "We have no alternative though," "Well, I was thinking, we could go back to live with the gang again," I suggest "No! They tried to kill us, more than once!" He says, almost shouting. "I know, but if we let them be in controll of the gang, maybe they'd let us stay," I reply. "No, there's no way they'd let us stay, we have to keep going," He says. He grabs, my hand, and we start hiking again. "Justin, we can't keep traveling forever though. I don't know how much longer I can last, hiking day by day. My shoes are alreading wearing out, my feet have huge blisters, my knee's are scrapped up from falls, if we keep living like this, we won't have enough health to do much. Our food supply is almost out, and we can't scavage for food, we'll get caught, or get sick," I say. He sighs, "I know, but maybe if we just go for a little longer, we'll be able to make it to somewhere safe, where we can build a new gang," He says. "Justin, all the people in america know who you are, they're all trying to kill you, and now that you have no gang, your more vulnurable, the police could drive up and take us at any moment!" I demand. "Do you think I don't know that? I've known that from the start! But baby, what else do we do? There's no where for us to go," He replies, a bit harshly. "We could hike back into California and live with my granparents and my little brother," I say. "It's not a bad idea, but I already thought about it. They'd try to kill me to, in revenge of your parents," He says. "I guess your right," I sigh. Then I remembered."What state are we in right now?" I ask him, and idea forming in my head. "Oregan, why?" He asks, a bit confused. "We need to find a map, I know exacitaly where we can go, and be safe," I say. "Where?" He asks. "My friend, her names Dillan. She lives here in Oregan, I know she'll let us stay, she broken more laws then I can count, she wouldn't care, plus she'd be glad to see me," I say. "Are you sure we can trust her?" He asks. "I know we can trust her," I put down. He nods his head, and pulls out a map. We find out where to go, and start our journey to Dillan's house.
