At what age did you start writing?

I was seven when I first started writing. That was how old I was when I had read the Harry Potter series. I had written fanfictions (many fanfictions) and I was so inspired by that series, I began to love reading.

What inspires you to start writing?

When I finish a book. When I had read Divergent, I wanted to write a Dystopian book. When I had read The Mortal Instruments, I wanted to write a magical story.

Which of your works are you the most proud of?

I am most proud of Resurgent, which I am still currently writing/revising, since I had finished the actual story one year ago(not on Movellas). I had originally planned to have three books. I had only gotten to the middle of the second book, when I realized, I should just combind it into one whole book.

Which of your characters is your favorite, and why?

I really like Hugo, in my story Resurgent. He seemed strong, yet, he wasn't really that type of person. He really loved Tris like family.

Where do you like to write?

In my 'craft room'. It's very nice, because it has open windows, letting the sunshine stream through.

When do you like to write?

After lunch. It clears my mind.

How do you beat writer’s block?

I don't really pay attention to it. I know the basic rules, but, I feel that I can write whatever I please.

Do you consider writing to be a serious career choice?

Yes, because I've been doing it ever since I was young!

What advice would you give to a first-time writer?

Read! You won't have many ideas without reading!

Who is your favourite author, and why?

JK Rowling. She was the one that inspired me to be a writer. She writes so beautifully, and can understand her characters. I also love Cassandra Clare, she writes so descriptively and is very knowledgable and twisty in her writing.

What books would recommend above all others?

The Harry Potter Series

The Mortal Instruments Series

The Divergent Series
