"It was in this building?" Harry asked. I nodded. "Don't worry then Z. This is the female dorms. You couldn't of done that much," he said with a wink.
I rolled my eyes but I have gotta admit, I was massively relieved. We went inside to find the girl and thank her for letting me crash out in her dorm. I had a vague memory of the rooms location and knew that it was on the third floor. Once there I was kind of stumped. I looked up the corridor and had no idea. A girl was standing with her friend in the hallway and Harry walked up to them.
"Good morning ladies. Did you see this chick last night or this morning?" he asked kindly, pointing at me.
With the look they gave me, I assumed they probably had.
"Yes. Her and Katie kept me up all night!" a blonde haired girl complained, throwing her hands in the air. My eyes went wide.
"What room?" Harry asked frantically. "Is she still here?"
"Yes. Third from the end, on the left. We walked down the long corridor and knocked on the door.
"COME IN!" The girl yelled from behind the door and I cringed.
Harry opened the door and the girl looked over at us, she was standing in her bra and undies.
"Sorry," Harry said, looking away.
"Shit! I thought you wer-" she stopped mid word. "Well hello there Zalia. Come back for more?"
I felt a blush rush to my cheeks as I looked to the floor.
"What did she do last night?" Harry asked. "Can you get dressed? This is quite straining on my neck," Harry said.
"Oh. You don't remember?" She asked, not at all sounding disappointed. She started to get dressed. "You got hella drunk and Reece was looking hell sleazy so I brought you back here 'cause I didn't know who ya came with. Then you kept giggling coz your phone was buzzing in your bra. Then you kissed me." My blush increased. "Yeah, you know what comes after that," she said with a wink.
Harry looked at me with what I could only describe as a gobsmacked expression.
"You dirty little girl," he said, putting his arm around my shoulder and pulling me into him. "So proud of you," he said, bursting with laughter. He doubled over with laughter, clutching his stomach."I'm. . . So. . . Funny," he said between laughs.
"I put my number in your phone if you wanna see me again," she said with a wink. "I gotta go," she said smiling.
Harry and I walked out behind her and stood in the hallway while she locked the door then left. Harry pulled me for a hug.
"You can't blame her though Z," he said with a laugh and I groaned. "You are pretty hot so it's not like she had much chance resisting you," with that said I almost leapt out of his arms and turned to walk to the elevator so he wouldn't see me blushing.
My first class of the year. I've got to admit I was slightly nervous. From what I knew I didn't know anyone in this class but then again, apparently I met a lot of people at the party the other night. After finding out what I did with that girl I went home and showered and got redressed, redoing my makeup as well.
I had my notebook in my hand and I was actually wearing my glasses, for once. I preferred not to wear them as they made me look geeky. I pulled my long hair back into a messy pony with my fringe still out. I was stood to the side of the door as everybody else filed into the room, taking deep breaths. I'd never been in a class room with other students and I could feel my heart beating quickly.
Eventually, after a few more minutes outside, I walked into the room. I turned towards the seats and began walking towards an empty one near a blonde boy.
"Miss Markson?" I turned in response to my last name, looking at the professor.
Extending one finger, he signalled for me to come to him. He didn't look happy, in fact, he looked kind of saddened and pitying.
"You need to go to the office. Do you know your way there?" he asked kindly, his voice hushed. I shook my head. "Excuse me!" The teacher's voice boomed through the rom, slapping his hands together and addressing the room. "Could somebody please show Miss Markson to the office. Immediately."
A very large, muscular guy from the back of the room jumped up and ran down to the front of the room.
"I'll take her sir," he said, his voice very deep and husky. "Follow me Zalia," he said, winking at me.
He knew me too? I am never drinking again! I followed he guy out the door and into the hall.
"You don't remember me, do you?" he asked as we began walking down the hall. I shook my head. "We played seven minutes in heaven at the party. You are a great kisser," he said with another wink.
The rest of the walk was silent. I felt even more awkward knowing now that there were lots of things I had apparently forgotten. After walking for at least five minutes, the guy stopped outside a plain building.
"Hey, I saw you for most of the night at the party, do you remember much" I shook my head. "My name is Russel. If ya wanna know anything else, come find me, okay?" He said. I nodded my head and he pulled me in for a hug, lifting my feet off the floor. "Next time ya drink I'll make sure to keep an eye on you," he said chuckling.
I walked into the building and straight up to the desk.
"Please tell me you're Zalia Markson?" The lady said frantically, I nodded. She breathed a sigh of relief. "The councillor needs to see you imediatley."
She pointed across to an open door. I walked into the room to see a man with his head in his hands.
"Please shut the door and have a seat," he said without looking up.
I did as instructed and when I sat down he finally looked up at me.
"Miss Markson. This is going to be hard to here but your parents have been in a car accident and they were announced dead on the scene," he said.
