38. Sorry Is Just a Word, Love Is Something More
"It's gonna be all right," Alli comforted me.
"H-he y-yelled at m-me," I stuttered, tears pouring from my eyes.
"I'll bet anything that he didn't mean anything he said," I continued to sob while Alli rubbed my back. "He's probably regretting everything in Niall and Harry's room. Zayn and Louis are there with him too," I continued to cry until Louis walked in.
"Are you okay, Jamie?" He said, sitting on the floor next to the bed.
"No," I replied, wiping the last tears of my tears off of my cheeks.
"Liam's regretting everything he did and said,"
"See? I told you so," Alli grinned.
"He wants to apologize," Louis started to pat my back.
"Fine," I sighed.
"Okay, I'll tell him to come over," Louis stood up and Alli gave me one last hug before she followed him out of the room. A couple minutes later, I heard the door open and Liam walked in.
"Jamie, I'm so sorry," he said, sitting next to me on the bed. Looking down at my crossed legs, I didn't reply.
"I didn't mean anything I said. I was just...mad,"
"You yelled at me," I said, finally making eye contact with him. I could see sadness in his eyes.
"I didn't mean to. I'm really sorry,"
"You didn't believe me, Liam,"
"I should of, I know what I did wrong and I won't do anything to hurt you ever again. Jamie, I'm truly sorry," he hugged me, my back facing his stomach and his arms around me.
"Sorry's not enough," I mumbled.
"Is this?" he turned me around and pecked me on the lips.
"Maybe," a small grin made its way onto my face.
"How about this?" he kissed me longer this time.
"Better," he positioned me so I was on top of him now. We were practically having a full on make out session.
"So I take it that you accept my apology?"
"Apology accepted," I finally gave him a smile.
