You know that feeling.. When you walk past someone that you used to share everything with, and you practically know everything about them but you have to pretend you've never even met? Like they were once your source of happiness and now it hurts you just to hear their name. I do not know this feeling. Because as soon as I met those familiar eyes, they just had to say hello.
"Hey Spen, miss me?" -Dylan's voice sent pains to my stomach. I feel Justin tensing up to my right.
"Oh. You brought your little boy toy.. Did ya?" -He turned to Justin.
"Don't worry man, I just hope you like the taste of my dick when you kiss her." -Justin lost it.
Before I could do anything Justin had him pinned against the brick wall of the rec centre beside the park we were in.
"Say that to me again." -Justin spat at Dylan.
Dylan smirked, -"You heard me."
Justin raised his fist. -"Hey buddy, watch out there. If it weren't for me, your little girlfriend wouldn't be alive."
Justin loosened up letting Dylan go.
Dylan looked so different. I really thought he changed since the night in the hospital. Now he had the punk look to him. Black jacket and pants, red bandana, greasier hair.
"Bye Spen," -he said blowing me a kiss, then winking at Justin.
Dylan and his stupid gang had walked away leaving us on the pavement.
"Justin.. I never um did that much sexual stuff with him," -his breath became deeper.
"I don't like the thought of anyone else having you. Especially him."
It was cute he got jealous, I just didn't like how angry he got, when we first met he was the sweetest person in the world.
"I'm yours. All yours."
My words made Justin look up from the ground to my eyes. He brought his hands to my hips pulling me in for a hug.
"I love you." -He whispered in my ear.
"Same." -I replied trying not to laugh. He pulled away raising his eyebrows.
"That's not funny."
He ran over picking me up from behind and spinning me around. When that didn't work he started ticketing my sides which was my weak spot.
"Okay! Okay! I love you!!" -I screamed back.
Justin tossed me over his shoulder and we continued our walk in the park.
We drove up to the side of the curb outside my house and I was absolutely excited.
"Does she know I'm here?" -I asked Justin curious if he had notified her.
He shook his head no.
"Would you have wanted me to?" -He looked a bit upset.
"No I'd rather it be a surprise,"
I kissed his cheek and opened the door. It felt really weird. I didn't know if I was supposed to walk in or knock. It didn't really feel like my home anymore.
"Spence, what's wrong?" -Justin noticed my hesitation.
"Uh. Nothing I just don't know if I should knock or not.. It isn't really my house at the moment."
I said with a slight frown. Before I could say anything the door opened behind me and I turned to see a women's face. Not my mother's or relatives but a girl who very much resembled me.
