For What Lies Hidden

A collection of all my poetry in an order I think makes reading it even more fun and exciting.

57. Half-Life

I’m living half a life,

Half is real

The other false.

I’m only living half a life.

Wishing for a new start,

Wishing for open eyes,

Wishing for renewal

Wishing for the truth.

Living half a life was enough,

Now I can’t accept it.

Living half a life,

Half of it is wasted.

Waiting to be free,

Waiting to start again.

Never is the time right

Never seems I’ll be free.

I’ll live a full life,

I’ll know the truth,

And my life will be more than half.
