Here you go Gabby! I'm so sorry it's been a long wait. I've been really busy, so sorry about that. Enjoy though! Remember to always ask if you want another one.
I hum to myself as I open up the door to my boyfriend Liam and I's flat. I want to relax, after carrying twenty pounds of groceries from the town to our flat, minus riding in a car halfway there and halfway back.
But, when I open the door, the sight I see disgusts me. My groceries drop to the floor, and tears began to roll out of my eyes.
There, Liam is, lying under his ex-girlfriend, also my friend, Nina. It doesn't surprise me. Nina has always been prettier than me, with her black curly ringlets, striking blue eyes, tan skin, and always so perky, happy, and nice. Liam always would like her better than me.
They both turn, and I hear my tears hitting the floor. "Y/N!" Liam says, running up and trying to hug me. "No, Liam, stop." I say. Nina gulps. "Y/N, I'm sorry..." she begins. "Save it," I snap. "If you wanted to be together again, you could of told me. Thanks a lot for breaking my heart," I say, more tears pounding and hitting my Hollister Hoodie.
I run outside, sighing to see it's raining. I begin to run as I hear Liam and Nina shouting for me. I think Nina stops, because her shouts stop and the footsteps decrease.
Hurrying, I call for a taxi. One pulls up, and smiles at me. I hop in. "Anyone else?" The british voice asks. "Nope, just me," I say, pulling my hoodie up. "Where to?" He asks. I sigh, getting a bit annoyed, but then remembering Liam cheating on me and sobbing. "Uh-" he raises a brow. "You okay?" He asks. I bite my lip, trying to stop my tears.
"Yeah, these are happy tears," I force a smile on my face. "My sister just got married!" I say. He smiles. "Good!" He says. I let the smile fall off my face. "I'm going to... Orchid Hill Park, please?" I ask. He nods. "Your total is.. twenty one dollars." He says, speeding off.
I gulp back my tears, and lay my head on the window to try to stop him from seeing me crying.
Soon we get to Orchid park, and I pay him his money, and find I only have nine dollars left. Burying my head in my hands, I sit on a park bench. Thunder and lightning roar and strike all around me, but what suprises me most is Liam's voice.
"Y/N..." I hear him say. "Liam, get away from-" he kisses me. I feel the sparks that we had when we first kissed. I had started to love him all over again.
Liam sighed, and I pulled away. "Can I explain?" He begs. I turn my head away. "One minute," I say hoarsely.
"Okay, Nina and I, we wanted to see if we still felt sparks. Well, she did, so she pretty much threw herself at me. I tried to push her away, but she kept kissing me. She feels so sorry, and that Ally, her best friend, said that you two had broken up," he said. "I'm really sorry."
I sigh. Ally had always been a nice girl. Her sister, Leila, was where she got her information from. Leila was really popular, but mean, unlike her sister. Leila had dirty blonde hair and blue eyes, along with pale skin. She wore skirts, tank tops, dresses, heels, flats, jeans... Ally had dirty, curly hair, and pretty, light green eyes. She had pale skin, and always wore these pink converse, usually leggings in a cool pattern, and a t-shirt with ruffles at the bottom and this jean jacket of hers. She was so nice.
"It's okay," I gulped. "I guess I understand, but Liam, don't be lying, please." I say. Liam's face is wet, with red eyes. He's telling me the truth.
He leans in for a kiss, and I except. Liam never lies. Never, ever. I wrap my arms around him, while smiling.
I just had a kiss, with my perfect boyfriend, in the pouring rain.
Just like those cheesy little love novels.
